Fantastic service received from Deborah Cowie in customer services. An issue which she explained wasn't their responsibility, but she would help me anyway. Contacted leisure outlet regarding a warrenty claim for a vango awning. Very happy with the service provided they went above and beyond to get things sorted.

Our Vango awning had a leak and deflated. I contacted Leisure Outlet and they were extremely helpful. They liaised with the manufacturer and resolved this problem without a fuss. I can't thank them enough. Recommend them to everyone.

Great experience from the customer service team at Leisure Outlet. Deborah went out of her way to source two replacement air poles from a damaged awning even though it was just out of warranty. If ever I need anything else for the caravan I’ll coming back to leisure outlet first to see if they have what I need. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, I'm only giving a 1* review. This is purely because the customer service team is shocking.
Brought a bike for my daughter, but thought this year I would let her build it with me. Only to open the box to find the seat scuffed. Contacted customer services who said they would see if they could get another one sent out to me. A month went by, so I thought I would chase this up. No reply. If they couldn't have got the seat sent out, they could have at least had the decency to contact me so I could try to contact the manufacturer.

Being new to Motorhoming I have found three online suppliers that have given exemplary customer service. Leisure Outlet is an absolute star in the advice that I required and in the after-sales service as a novice I also required. I cannot praise the team at Leisure Outlet enough for the time and patience happily given pre and post-purchase. Great and prompt invaluable customer service

Bought a caravan cover which turned out to be the wrong size. Returned it and return was acknowledged by company (10th October) and I'm still waiting for the refund (now 19th November). No response to phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Website appears to still be running.

Quick delivery. Motorhome cover made with excellent material and fits well. It was just what I was looking for to protect our motorhome over the winter months.

My online order never arrived despite their confirmation of delivery within 3-5 days. All attempts to contact Leisure Outlet via telephone and email via customer service has received no response. It makes me think that the site is a scam and wonder why is Trust Pilot involved?
