AVOID BY ALL MEANS
Do not know how to diagnose car problem. Charged me £1300 for waterpump and timing belt when this should be around 500 and problem not fixed. The actual problem was only cost of £70

Dodgy garage, stay well away
Having agreed to buy my car through Carwow, Steve decided he didn't want to pay the price he offered and that I'd accepted. Really poor way to treat customers

Excellent from start to finish
I recently bought an Audi from Steve and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish.
Nothing was too much trouble, communication was spot on with all call and texts answered quickly.
I received a decent part x for my car and the exchange was as easy as I have experienced in years.
I would definitely recommend Steve and the team and will definitely be a returning customer.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, no hard sell and Steve was extremely helpful. Cannot fault any part of the process, from first contact to collection Steve was brilliant. A real down to earth genuine and trustworthy gent. Been a pleasure to deal with - we got a really low mileage Audi A1 with full service history, a great PX and a very happy daughter too. Thank you Steve for your A1 service.

My experience purchasing a car from Leicester Autos ltd was nothing but excellent. Steve who i intitally spoke to over the phone was clear and thorough with the infomation i needed about the car i was interested in and was fast to answer all my questions he helped out as much as he could. Steve left me with nothing but 100% confidence and i immediately on the phone completed my finance/ part exchange applicaton 2 days before i was set to travel from Manchester. I bought the car unseen and the day i arrived to collect, the car exceeded my expectations, ticked all the right boxes for me. Steve made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out the important recalls that were done saving me the hassle and inconvenience and to make sure there were no surprises once I drove away. I highly recommend Steve at Leicester Autos to anyone looking to purchase a great car and experience a service of excellence!!!!!!
