Ordered at 2 pm on 13Dec2023 and my order arrived at 2 pm the next day (14Dec2023) excellent service and great product!

I had to send back vapes because of a completely incorrect order and despite telling me I'll receive a refund for the postage I had to pay to send it, they still haven't done it and its been over a week now.

They've gone radio silent. Don't answer to reviews, don't answer to messages on Facebook, don't answer to emails.

I received my order next day, even though website says all orders dispatch before 1400 but i ordered around 1600 and still received it next day, i am very satisfied with their service.

I ordered 10 items from India (dec2023), [when my friend was in london]. The items received within 2 days In london. Proper tracking was provided and timely updates a 6 star from me , Genuine products great packing .

Ordered some coils and a few bottles of eliquid at the end of August. According to UPS customs it was sent back to Legion of Vapers on September 5th. Havent recieved a refund ever since. Been going back and forth in over 10 emails. No reply since November 19. Almost £80 down the drain. 0/10 would not recommend
UPDATE: Thanks for the same response ive been hearing the past months. Nice way of saying cheers for the 80quid and nothing i can do about it

Had a mod (vandy vape V3) suffered an electrical malfunction, got in touch via Facebook messenger and explained my problem. I was told to send various bits of info to which I did. After a bit of back and fourth the issue was resolved and a new mod was sent out that day. Very helpful and very friendly in my opinion.
