Bad oboe reed
I purchased an American cut medium-soft oboe reed. I was gainful because it was responsive and the tone was pretty good but it was unplayable because of being flat.

What professionalism!
What professionalism! I live in Belgium and bought two Légère Reeds for Bb clarinet from a retailer. Unfortunately, they are too soft. After contacting their customer service, without needing to return them, they will send me two replacement reeds from Canada, free of charge. Everything was handled very quickly, with only a few email exchanges. Of course, the replacement conditions were met. Thank you!

Poor Quality
The blue ring oboe reed which costs over £140 is rubbish. Legere have modified the cut and totally ruined what was a good product. It plays like a rubbish student reed and is overly bright! Makes the oboe sound like a dying duck.do. Not purchase - it’s a waste of money. Their other reeds are worse because they are even softer and unplayable. Reminds me of the rubbish oboe reeds Rico made for students.
