Biggest scam ever! Honestly do not buy anything from these cowboys as they will rob you blind! And as for the Lady on the phone who represents this Useless / scam company, she is the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever spoke to. I will try my hardest to get paypal to investigate them and issue me a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

I cancelled my order with this company…
I cancelled my order with this company when I realised that it was an unsecured site with awful reviews, this is a shame as they have some nice stuff. However I did not have any trouble cancelling my order or receiving my money back promptly and the man I spoke to on the phone at GlassWorktops co,uk was polite and friendly, I might try ordering something from them again if they secured their site.

Awful Service - Absolute disgrace - time to report
Takes your order, takes your money ... does not deliver item !!! Almost 2 months on no item and no refund!! When calling to chase lady becomes rude and evasive... I said I will report to trading standards... her answer was you have not got a leg to stand on. Oh well I’ve reported them and I recommend others to do the same as they will investigate this company and stop it from continually taking orders without delivering product... if you’ve been affected take action ... still waiting on refund?

Still not delivered after well after deadline
Having ordered from this company on 26 September, the items have still not been delivered (now 6 Nov). I have never received a reply to either of the 2 emails I sent them. I was lucky enough to receive a call following one of my telephone messages, during which I was informed the goods had been dispatched and would be delivered as of last week. Appalling service so far. If only I had read the reviews on this and other sites before I ordered.....

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I spoke to multiple people on the phone including supposedly the manager and they were all so rude. It also too over a week for me to get my refund! DO NOT USE!
