Questions I had were answered quickly in a professional manner. The format itself is a very standardized and most of the cases are covered. If you require some flexibility, it will be better off with a lawyer.

The process is very complicated and confusing, and it requires too many details to complete. The full price is not disclosed at the time of the initial purchase, and additional costs continue to be added for services such as long-term will storage, notarized signatures, and other requirements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Sunny, and we're sorry the process felt overwhelming.

We understand it can seem like a lot, but because a Will is a legal document, certain details such as family members, distribution plans, and executor information are necessary to ensure the document is valid and properly reflects your wishes. We understand that this can feel involved, but this information is essential to creating a Will that works when it matters most.

Regarding pricing, we want to be transparent: the additional services you mentioned, such as long-term storage and notarized signatures, are entirely optional and are clearly presented so you can choose what best fits your needs. The core document pricing is disclosed at the time of purchase, and these extras are there for those who want them. They are not required to complete your Will.

We'd genuinely like the opportunity to address your concerns and make this right. Please reach out to us at support@legalwills.ca and our team will be happy to answer any questions about the services offered. Your feedback helps us improve, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience.

Very good and thorough

Very good and thorough, however, not in 20 minutes.
Even if you have a good idea of your possessions and who they are going to; you still need time to decide on percentages and alternate beneficiaries.
Unfortunately, I didn't see anywhere to list useful information like banks, insurance companies and named beneficiaries. Sure these may change over time but at least your executor will know where to look.

I am 68, and I find follow-up is worth a lot more than mouthpiece crap. Sorry for the language. Follow-up is worth a lot to me.

Absolutely horrible and I will be…

Absolutely horrible and I will be telling everyone I can what a corrupt company this is. I needed help and all I got was repetitive AI that didn’t help at all! I still cannot access my account after repeated resets of my password that was confirmed that it was successful. They will not give me a refund after asking many times.
