Easy to use, organized document, not perfect
Played around with their template for "Rent to Own" documents. Found their process easy to use. The only problem was that the lease provisions provided didn't meet all requirements for leases in Wisconsin. As an attorney I'm aware that leases need to spell out tenant rights when domestic abuse is occurring, and disposal of things tenants might leave behind when vacating. Thus, I wasn't comfortable using the form, but it was well organized otherwise.

It’s not “free” without entering your credit card information so it’s ready to bill after the 7 day trial is up. I found an actual free travel consent form that I just fill in by hand myself.

The information I input was put in a draft letter that was so disjointed & had such poor syntax it was unable and a waste of my time.
I made some notes and constructed a letter of recommendation in a blank MS Word document.
