If I could give zero stars, I would. A rep from Legacy Lending contacted us, claimed they were a direct lender, and had attractive rates available. After promising not to shop our info around, we sent our financials. The rep responded that we should hear results within hours. Subsequently we've been ghosted -- doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to e-mails. BUT we ARE getting dozens of texts, e-mails, and phone calls every day from other brokers and lenders we've never heard of stating they "have our application." It's pretty obvious what this rep did, he shopped are info around, didn't get an immediate hit, and is letting it percolate in the hopes of a lucky commission. Very unethical, stay away or you will pay the price with distraction and interruption to your business.
