I bought a leech

I bought a leech, he came with a name tag just as I asked, "Bobby", he helps me work in the office, I keep him on my left testicle. I am really focused these days and he is thickening as he grows into an adult, Thanks Leeches.com! I am ordering a second one for the other side now! :)

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. DONT BUY OFF THESE SCAMMERS. Spent $3,000.00 and they sent 200 leeches in a wet cloth bag not in Hirudo Gel and a plastic bucket as advertised. I received a bag of stinking, rotting slime. I spent a lot extra $ for UPS express too. Only 5 days in transit from Europe to Australia if packaged correctly (as advertised) these little creatures would have been just fine. These people have NO respect for nature or living creatures.

They have several websites - leech.com, leeches.com, medicalleeches.com and hirudo.com.

Leech.com (or Leeches.com) has an unacceptable attitude.

Leech.com (or Leeches.com) is very pricey. They seem to have a monopoly on the kind of leeches that folks are looking for AND they know it. Their attitude is simply "We have what you want and we'll charge what we want and deliver once we get around to it." Somewhere between $18 and $22 per leech regardless of size. God forbid you should request an update on the anticipated ship date.

Fraudsters

Fraudsters! I paid $80 for fast shipping, they deliberately made a mistake in the address and delivered for almost a month instead of three days, forcing me to pay an extra $30 for redelivery. I think it's time for the police to look into them.

scammers

I bought leeches for 300 bucks and they sent me the wrong size. I wanted to buy small so I would have less scars and heal faster. And they sent big ones!!!! Could have texted me that my order was out of stock. And not waste my money at their discretion. And they fed the leeches before sending them out(probably their own blood), I still have them bleeding in the water. And it's getting the color of urine. I have my doubts that they are not used leeches. I had several die in 6 days while they were getting to me. I sent them a photo the same day. And no compensation! It's better to order through Europe. There is no quality in service in America, not in apartment repairs, not in manicures, not in dentistry, not in food. There is nothing at all. How do people live here?

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The customer service has mental health issues and is taking it all out on customers of all people.

Half of the leeches I ordered arrived dead the other half died a day later because they chose a cheap shipping method which took 8 days in transit when they promised 2-3 days. They also put in the wrong shipping address, they forgot to add building and apartment number so I had to pick it up from the post office my self.

Customer service doesn't didn't wanna provide a full refund. Only wants to refund me for 50% so I would be responsible for the remaining.
Wants me to wait another 10 days to get leeches from them as credit.
How do I know they won't pull the same trick again? Send dead leeches and say it's my fault and that they tried their best. That's the kind of person you're dealing with.
Honestly it seems like the customer service agent hates the company and wants to sabotage it.

Scam Scam Scam!! Not Honest!

Used to be a 5 star business years ago but have turned into a business built on lies and fraud, that only cares about getting your money mot your satisfaction. Their claims of superior customer service are extremely false and misleading.
Very bad company. You don't get what you pay for and you get charged more than what they claim you will be charged. Also they do not honor their arrive alive guarantee or replace dead leeches.
They are liars and have no honor. This is why they have so many bad reviews and complaints. They have removed reviews from their website to hide all the bad business they conduct. And if you complain they just threaten you and block you from future orders, they refuse to provide actual customer service. Just bullies really.
Don't give these thugs your money find anywhere else but do not support this negative abusive company of liars and thieves.

Very poor customer service with a…

Very poor customer service with a highly combative attitude. Leeches arrived dead and not packaged or shipped correctly as promised. In addition, the size of each leech was smaller than what was requested, although the higher price for the larger size was paid. I had to register a dispute of the charges with my credit card service because Leech.com was unwilling to provide a fair resolution.

Leech.com very BAD

Medicalleeches.com and Leech.com is the same company.
The website promises shipment not mentioning the lockdown they experience.
When I ordered no confirmation email.
Then contacted the company.
She says: We can't deliver because of lockdown and she can put the order on hold.
I say NO! Pls cancel and returned the money. I get 20$ less refunded and she will not tell you why.
Then ordered from the other website not knowing that it is the same.
Again I email and say I need an email confirmation for my order.

She comes back and says: Why did you order again from us? I say: I couldn't tell it's the same company either the websites are saying anything about it.

She says: You are blocked! because you canceled with us the first time. I should pay $60 and she will unblock me.
I say: I should pay you $60 so you can unblock me (why did she anyway block me in the first stage she couldn't deliver)
and tell me that you cant deliver again?

NO answer of that from her.
Anyway, she transferred me back the money but again not the full amount this time $40 less than I actually transferred.

A very bad company I would not order from them either do any business. My bank has to deal with it now.
