Perfect fast and correct delivery of my underwater led to Sweden.

This flashlight is junk. There are no directions . After charging, there is no light working . I have to take 4 tiny screws out and replace one battery to get it to work.
"life" of the charge is only about an hour total.
THe last e-mail response I got from your company - after reporting this issue - was
" sorry to hear that. send the light back ..." and provided an address in China.
Postage of a package to China is prohibitive. What a hassle this purchase has been. Never again. GIVE SOME DIRECTIONS FOR THIS PRODUCT!

Took a while to get the batteries, but they are charged and working great. I would recommend the products and the price is very reasonable.

Worst customer service experience ever. I purchased a flashlight from them and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to contact them but they deleted the purchase history on my account. I then filed a claim with PayPal and they offered to take it back after I PAID TO SEND IT BACK. They made the mistake not me. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I'm not going to pay for shipping to return it to them. I'll keep the light and sell it myself. Chalk it up to experience and never buy from them. I'll also tell everyone I know and every change I get to tell this story on social media. I'll let everyone to NEVER buy from them.

Standard product delivery worked super well.
However an individual customer request was not taken in consideration to be delivered (a separte 12V plug).
Overall satisifed with the product, the delivery and the quality.

It took too long to get the flashlight six weeks the flashlight came without batteries the ad did not specify that the flashlight will have no batteries. Those are special batteries. I have another flashlight similar to one that I bought that it came with a charger extra pair of batteries. Please be more specific when you sell an item what do you sell a skeleton or the whole thing.

I never received the product from the seller- the tracking information still says USPS is awaiting receipt of the package after 3 weeks since my order was placed.

Well i ordered a flash light from you all an havent recieved email wit tracking or anythng an still not recieved my light but you guys were quick to tak my money

Zero Stars!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Like others who have posted here, I bought sun-loungers but after weeks of chasing them received a worthless ring. Seller then made numerous excuses and then offered various partial refunds. Eventually raised a dispute with PayPal who I also had to chase incessantly for months. They constantly used delaying tactics to avoid providing refund. So after nearly 4-months and a plethora of calls and emails I have my money back. Avoid this company, as they truely are low-life scam artists!! Totally unimpressed with the lack of effective support provided by PayPal too.

I too ordered 2 sun loungers in May. After 2 months of excuses I raised a PayPal dispute for an item not received. At this point they finally provided me with a tracking number and said it had been sent shortly after ordering. Another month later and I queried it again and was provided another tracking number which showed that my sun loungers had been delivered! After a quick hunt around out the front of my house I found a small parcel with the matching tracking number, imagine my surprise when I opened it to find a cheap nasty gold coloured ring!!
Needless to say I've changed the type of claim to item not as described, and I guess I'm at the mercy of PayPal now!!

The company was Supermall, not Ledsupermall......I paid for 2 sunloungers. After 2 months, received a gold coloured ring which I would suggest cost 50p !!! I have been trying for a refund which is ongoing. I've been offered a 25% refund. What a joke. Have also messaged PayPal with no answer.

I voted 1 star because it wouldn't let me vote less than that. I ordered a flashlight on January 23, 2020 and never received it. I put a claim in against them and at that point they finally contacted me to drop the claim and they will mail my Lumintop flashlight. I did and never heard from them again after numerous attempts. Its June 11,2020 and I still did not receive my purchase nor can I contact them.
Never buy from Led Supermall, it is a scam!!!!!

They sell counterfeit. Then won't pay back if you find out. PayPal is part of this scam. Neither care about your or my safety. Avoid like the plague.

Scam - Got a crushed box and a older used flashlight and some random batties. Should have been a new Fenix pd36. I have a Fraud case open with paypal.
1.Websits contact page does not work, errors out (try it - it will fail)
2. Emailed LedSuperMall within 2 hourss of ordering, no responce to email.
3. Got a box of misc junk that was not what I ordered. The serial number on the box was removed...
TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a flashlight from this website on November, 30th since they had the lowest price but start to worry after I saw some bad reviews on internet. I had to write to the costumer service about my order after 5 days of silence from this company and surprisly got an answer right away that my order has been shipped with tracking #. I have been tracking my order since than. And now, 14 days later its on my hands! I am very happy since it's going to be a Christmas present.

This is my first purchase from them and I'm very happy with the company and the purchase. The item I purchased is as described. Except for one thing... I didn't realise or they didn't mention that they do not send PO boxes or parcel lockers. But otherwise, they're great! I'm always a bit sceptical whenever I buy something from a new site for the first time but they've met my expectations. The item only took a week to arrive in Sydney, Australia, that includes the weekends as that's when I made the purchase, that's pretty quick! They use Fastway and couldn't be sent to the parcel locker so it took an extra three days instead of just one to arrive as I have to contact Fastway to give them my physical address. So far so good! I hope they can keep up the good work. And one more thing, tracking all the way! Thanks!

LEDSUPERMALL is a total scam ! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I luckily only ordered an 11 dollar flashlight. So my loss wasn't too bad. But regardless I was robbed. Whenever I messaged their support email, I was given an excuse that my item did not ship yet because they were on a spring festival holiday. After 2 weeks of that holiday excuses they just stopped answering my emails. Package never received. 11 dollars down the drain.

I'm usually very skeptical about shopping on the internet - a shame to read the bad reviews I was regretting my purchase of a flashlight ImalentDX80 an expensive thing. But the experience is extremely positive and will justify my view of the experience - Everything has been all right for me. I would recommend others to buy through LEDsupermall - I hope LEDsupermall can help those customers who are not satisfied. The world is big 🙏
