Never Delivered or Refunded for Waterproof Lights

We ordered 2 waterproof recessed lights. The order confirmation email indicated that the company would send tracking information when the lights were shipped to us. After 2 months, we still did not receive shipper tracking information. Since the company does not appear to have a customer service phone number, we communicated via email. The responses we received were either about delays or lost shipments. We disputed the credit card charges to get reimbursed for the lights.
