The first time with Leger on a Luxuria coach trip to Luxembourg. Drivers Steve and Anthea were fabulous. The coach was so comfortable and the journey well organised. It was a long day there and back but expected. The hotel was 2 star as advertised so didn't expect much but was surprising pleased that it turned out to be clean comfortable and suffient food which was not by any means restaurant quality but adequate especially breakfast. Although it rained the whole time it didn't dampen our holiday break. We have on our return booked another trip with Leger for a longer holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour, our drivers were excellent making our experience most enjoyable, heavy snow wonderful scenery, the Hotel was very inviting, Jacqueline and her staff could not have been more kind and helpful good food and very festive, would recommend, great tour

To anyone thinking of a Ledger normandy battlefield tour don't. Travelling for any location other than the London and Dover area the coach journey is an ordeal not a pleasure. My wife and I spend 16 hours on a bus to get to an Ibis hotel in Normandy to be told no food available for they had no chef.The day tours are long enough as it is without having to spend an extra 3 hours a day Travelling to find an evening meal elsewhere. There a far easier ways to see these sites. Sadly no response from ledger when my complaint was made. NEVER AGAIN.

Well where do I start, leger complained about my review had it removed said I was not there. Well here is my booking reference 1195801. From 2nd December 2022.4-star Düsseldorf & Cologne Christmas markets. First we was picked up in Gainsborough got our seats in front with Drivers Tony & Dave great guys. Was told they were going to same hotel but when we got to Stop 24 told had to change to different coach with Simone & kevin. Again Drivers really good. Journey was very long 18hrs. When we got to hotel the 4star was more a 1 star Fawlty towers Wyndham Gardens . Rooms were dirty not made up first room couldn’t lock the door toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned for weeks. Changed room not much better but could lock door. Small towels in bathroom, no tea or coffees you had to ask for it still didn’t get it all.Even our driver said it wasn’t 4star. He had phoned ahead to make sure hot buffet was on when ee arrived was told yes but that was a lie. Food was limited choice at bar. Pillows where so thin I asked for another was told can’t get one for 24hrs ? Why ?.Breakfast there was no bacon or eggs ready when we asked was told yes we know you have to wait. The hotel was a lot further away than first told . We was about 12km away from Düsseldorf in middle of nowhere. Only an mc D s and Aldi there. I wouldn’t go back with them left cologne & Düsseldorf far to early never saw it the light lit up. Then when you complain they don’t seem to give a monkeys then say we where lying 🤥 that we hadn’t been had my review removed. Carful what you wish for. All Drivers we came across where very good.

Today I booked a break to the Edinburgh tattoo for 2023. What a lovely experience it was. Shelley was lovely and made it so easy to book. I hope I get Shelley next time I book with ledger 😊

I rang to give change of email and the phone was answered immediately by a very pleasant man, who was very helpful, providing me with additional information and stayed on the line while I confirmed my email and received my invoice. Whenever I ring Ledger they are always so helpful, highly recommend.

Booked two holidays today after a very bad experience with Saga (Staff All Gone Away). Phone was answered straight away and Sheldon was so helpful in answering our queries. Booking was effortless and booked another holiday with Shearings at the same time. If the holiday is as good as the booking process I shall be a very happy bunny!

Spoke to Joe, booked holiday he explained everything well no waffling. Very pleasent and well mannered.
