Most everything was good. One tube was bad with a defect on the top of the tube, the non-tread side. There is slop in the differential that I have not figured out yet.

The seat post lock is almost useless. I broke the Iever off trying to get to stay locked. It failed every time with normal tightening. Will need to modify it to keep from getting cut by broken cam lock lever.

I received my second XP TRIKE...the upgraded 750 watt motor...it was a little harder to assemble...but it's just time . I really enjoy the new model...turn signals eh take them or leave them I was surprised that a electric horn has not been added.... the control's were easy to adjust to. The seatpost was wobbly and it took quite a few contacts to resolve the issue.but it has been taken care of.

Have had my XP2 Trike for 3 weeks. Had a one problem
wrong seat post was sent-was replaced immediately. Talked to Curtis about other concerns and he immediately put me at ease. I really enjoy the ease of riding this trike.

The bike came and was easy to put together and easy to set up. I had a broken cell phone holder and email lecture e-bikes and sent a picture. Then I went for my first ride. I checked my email about 2 hours later and was told a new one was on the way. Great customer service

The trike is damaged a fender wobbly wheel and may be the axel I have to send a video. And the package i got now has a free set of mirrors and bell and fast charger you won't give me credit even though bit has been only a short seems that you would honor the best deal for me I spent nearly $7,000. I feel like I should be an honored customer.

Bike seems to work good. Couple issues with break rubbing and prior damage to paint coming out the box prior to use. Seat is very hard and uncomfortable. Will be switching it out

I have a bad gearbox in a Lectric One and it's difficult finding support to resolve this quickly. I had to send two emails and finally told I need to contact tech support! Order #1289270. I will update my review if we can get this resolved.

So far we are very satisfied with our bikes. I got the bike and wife got the trike.
The trike was missing the front fender when it arrived. But I contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement quickly.
Very happy with the help.

I put it together without any instructions.
That is one thing I do not like, going on line to get the instructions. I am not that great on the phone.
All in all I give them a big 5 stars

The chain was off on one of the bikes. I called customer service who transferred me to tech service. I spent 1/2 on hold and no one picked up. I need someone to call me to fix this. It’s obvious the chain was never put on before shipment. 847-363-8795

First it took me awhile to read about ebikes. When i found Lectric and studied further, they are for sure the fairest for what you get. Lectric 2.0 lite is very comfortable and fast. I was super happy. Ordering was simple and fast. Also I've really enjoyed the videos of anything you have a question about. I'm so happy that I picked Lectric. I feel comfortable and at ease knowing I made the right choice.
