I just bought the XP4-750 and I am loving it! I can't believe that much power is possible from a 750w motor. Priced right. Great value. I bought it from a local bike shop that kinda botched the assembly, cracked the display, chipped the paint and messed up the battery and battery plate so I called Lectric directly and they took care of everything no problem. Sent me everything I needed to fix it up for free under the warranty. Lectric's customer service is the best I have ever seen! I recommend them highly.

I have bought in 3 bikes from you guys and I have had issues with all 3 bikes. The electronics on the first bike, the second bike squeaks at the breaks by the motor and the third bike sounds like it's a little motor when it takes off every single time and the brakes squeak hard when we are stopping.

Lectric bikes are one of the most popular bikes for a reason. They stand behind there product. Unfortunately the are spending a lot more money on damage claims then they should have to because of fedx. There are a lot of people (me being one) that are having there bikes damaged. I don’t mean a little, a lot. They are package very well and yet my bike got crushed on both sides. Rotor in the front was mangled. My gears in the back are messed up. I’m going to have to drive two hours to have the bike fixed. Should have just found a dealer and bought the bike from them. Do your self a favor and go to dealer. If you have to have it delivered don’t let them use fedx. Would I still buy a Lectric? You bet I would. Don’t let this scare you, just beware of it.

Our new bikes are great. We needed service and a replacement battery and both items were handed perfectly at no charge. Your sales staff at your garage are outstanding. Now one small complaint: I ordered a handle bar extension kit for my xpeak. I tried to install it but the headlight is in the way. I emailed your customer service for a solution or a return authorization but in almost 5 days I have heard nothing. Please help. I think your company is fantastic and maybe this just slipped through the cracks.

When looking online for a e-bike I noticed that Lectric had free shipping. Some of the other companies were charging hundreds of dollars for shipping. As I looked deeper into Lectric I was convinced that the step over XP4 was the one I wanted. Went with the upgraded motor and battery. This also included many extras for free. The little assembly needed was explained and easy enough to do. This bike is solid and very well made. Rides smooth and quiet. Using Eco mode and not using the throttle I went 35 miles over a few days before the battery went to 90%. Other features were brake lights, turn signals, thumb throttle, great display packed with options, adjustable shocks, and more. ❤️⚡️🚲

Made an online order and then had a simple request - I asked for an update on when my order would ship and when it was expected to arrive. Instead of a reasonable reply, I was given detailed insights into their logistic process, who handles it, and how many steps there are along the way. After 3 more polite requests and no clear answer - I just canceled my order. If a company that ships thousands of products cannot take an educated or even analytically driven response - I want nothing to do with them.

XP4 750w shipped “clean” via FedEx. Packing was outstanding. Bike assembled well. Battery charged. First ride revealed derailleur required adjustments. I called your tech support, spoke with Adam, Awesome person, he set me up with a warranty work ticket at a local bike shop and also told me about the Lectric Shop videos on YouTube. I ended up watching a Lectric derailleur video and was able to adjust it myself. Smooth as glass now.

Great bike, but after accidentally purchasing a second set of bags, I found out there are no returns for accessories. I'd suggest not buying any extras or else you'll be stuck with them.
