I had a piece of stoneware from Le Creuset that I loved. Unfortunately, it developed a hairline crack after a couple of years and broke soon after.

I didn’t have proof of purchase, but was hoping they might be able to offer a goodwill discount towards a replacement.

After I sent an email with photos, they responded by offering a full replacement. The new item has just arrived and I couldn’t be happier.

I’m so impressed with the product and the level of customer care, and it has made me a customer for life. Thank you to Shaunna and the company for your help.

Amazing customer service
I cannot believe how amazing the customer service team are at le creuset.
Their products are fabulous and I own many different items.
Only once have I had an issue with a product and even without a receipt they were able to verify my purchase and offer me an exchange. As my daughter had already bought me a replacement jug, they kindly let me order two gorgeous mugs instead. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend the company to everyone.

Le Creuset are unmatched in honouring their 10 year guarantee. I was alarmed that 2 small stoneware oven dishes developed cracks, one dish breaking in three. They were less than 10 years old. I have been using this brand for decades. The customer care team were exemplary in courtesy, efficiency and speed of service. Thank-you for leading the way in how companies can be ethical and honourable towards customers and guarantees.

I recently had a damaged pan exchanged through Le Creuset, and the entire experience was excellent. Their customer service team was professional, clear, and very precise in guiding me through the process. They explained exactly what information I needed to provide to report the issue and gave straightforward instructions on how to send the pan in for inspection.

Pot arrived damage and they refuse to accept the return of it. Furthermore the return process requires you to bear the cost yourself. So now I am stuck trying to return a very heavy item which costs a lot of money which is very likely to be refused to be refunded. Terrible experience for such an expensive item.

While the customer service agent, Viktoria, wasn't able to fulfil my unusual warranty request, she went above and beyond to come up with an alternative solution that I'm quite satisfied with.

Enamel pieces dropped off kettle after 2 weeks of use. Customer service very poor on emails and don't answer phone. After 3 months they said no refund but replacement. After 4 weeks still waiting..
Don't but if you have an Aga very slow.
Would like this sorry saga to be over.
