My Step grand mother on my mother's side (Pfieffer) used to send a large and a small size box up until 1984 I believe. My brothers and sisters use to enjoy But mother; would HOG MOST OF CONTENTS for herselfIts been quite a few years now didn't know E OTTO SCHMIDT was still in bussiness Wouldn't mind ordering a large box but am unsure of price and shipping and handling charges to Canada.

I am shocked that you use palm oil and at the same time 'guarantee' quality. Human greed has no limit. Butter is not much more expensive. I prefer to pay a bit more but get a good product instead of poison. Also, some other ingredients are also bad.
It is very disappointing and sad.

First class Lebkuchen, pricy but worth it - nothing you can buy in a UK supermarket (what they sell ALDI are pure cheap sugarchips- nothing deserving the name Lebkuchen). Fast and reliable service every year. The relatively high postage fee includes UK customs duty post Brexit, you don’t have to pay that extra and this is purely the Brexit voters fault (was cheaper before)

Had better lebkuchen from other manufacturers but your customer service team not helpful at all a simple update an address thats all it took but no to hard fir them asked for refund no cancel order no and that was 2 hours after i placed order there checkout systym they used to be good but avoid at all cost and when they dont like a review because of there mistake they try to block your review truth hurts aye ? Then the say if you dont get it i can waste more money to buy more of there stuff not helpful in any way never again will i buy off this german company they didnt even try to rectify there mistake avoid they have a lot of bad reviews but only list what they want the good reviews cos it might hurt there business 🤪😂🤣😂🤣do a google search before u buy
