Hi kitty, we notice you called our customer service number today, and one of our customer service team member kindly advised on your order which is in your city at a USPS processing facility, unfortunately there's nothing neither of us can do about this as USPS is under staffed and the world is still experiencing post pandemic shipping issues. We asking for a little bit more of your patience and we apologies if we were not clear enough with the customer service call.
I still have yet to get my package
I keep getting emails about rating my experience which makes me believe my package was supposed to be delivered already.. funny thing is I still have yet to get my package, and im sure i was supposed to get it weeks ago.

My handbag is beautiful
My handbag is beautiful. The leather is very soft and nicely grained. The lock and key are a bit flimsy, but altogether it is a great bag. And the customer service is prompt, courteous, and effective.
