I am always happy with the Lebara service and customer service. There is always network and data connectivity even while traveling. I'm a happy customer of lebara for the past 2 years.

It was such unfortunate that my internet data could not be used when I was travling outside of France.
There should be a system or notice to make clients easier what to do when they are outside France.
Telephone and email could not really help because their responds are slow and sometimes did not solve the problem.

I have not received my SIM card. It has been more than 17 days. I am leaving soon for Paris and I still do not have my sim card. How do I cancel or pick up a new sim card in Paris? Can I just show my order number and pick up from a lebara kiosk? or change to my address in Paris? How long will it take to receive my sim card then?

I cannot use my sim card even though I registered it. I paid online 9.99 euroes before I even received it. And for this month it says that my balance is zero. And it shouldn't be because I already paid for it.

Awful company. Sim does not work properly. I had to keep restarting my phone. Messages are not working. Customer service does not exist. And they continue to take money even if the account is closed.

I couldn’t write in the order that I need an eSIM, so I wrote an e-mail AND contacted them on chat after placing the order. Lebara doesn’t provide eSIM, chat-guy told me, and said they’d cancel the order, but I’d have to wait 24 hours. To be sure, I sent another mail with cancellation request. Next day I receive a mail saying the SIM has been sent with mail! I wrote back and asked them to confirm the cancellation. It has been 6 days and I have received no reply, no reaction to my cancellation and the have deducted the amount from my account. Get me out of this!
Update: You are asking me to call, but a call doesn’t document the request, just as it didn’t with the chat.
There is nothing beginning with ML in your confirmation mail, but I assume you are referring to the “Référence de votre commande” consisting of 7 digits.
And no, nowhere in your purchase confirmation mail is stated how to cancel the order - not even the phone number.
