Very good! Top quality experience, does not waste your time. Maybe misses some sort of climate pledge (1% for the planet?). Also I find it sus that they offer 0.01 EUR/Mo in a long list of seemingly random countries, the so-called "zone spéciale". Finally, I really dislike the '30 days validity', especially finding it out after activating my purchase. May be more tolerable if it would be more than one month at least because one month is the typical period for subscriptions, which makes comparisons easy and often unfavorable to Lebara.

EDIT: I took Lebara mostly as I'm expat in France and was looking for service provider that has page and/or customer service offered in English. Lebara does, others I couldn't find the offer. Network is now offered over better service based on SFR. You have now 5G availability however network is heavily restricted and often overloaded in the upload direction which renders surfing almost unusable. I have dual sim phone and the second I switch to second sim traffic is immediately normal. I do not recommend LEBARA as a single and only provider as internet can be very unreliable.
Contacted German lebara to find out if the France Lebara Sim card will work in Germany. They transferred me to France Lebara. No answer. Giving up. France Lebara has been very unreachable in the last month. Hopeless. And more hopeless that Germany Lebara cannot answer a simple question as to whether a Lebara Sim card will work in their country. Absolutely hopeless. I recommend avoiding Lebara at all costs.
I am satisfied with Lebara. They have a good network and good services. Roaming plans outside europe could be a valuable addition.

This awful company fails to deliver sim cards and is slow on refunds. Avoid. Poor customer. Overall to get a refund it took 30 days and three emails and two chats over live chat to resolve this.
They closed my first ticket by sending no response just that they had closed my ticket and took 20 days to refund. Awful customer experience. If customer success is their goal and UX is the mean to deliver that here's your action plan: Deliver sim cards and if you can't do that refund and apologise and offer compensation for the time lost.
Edit after lebara's response: you sent me a tracking number which informed me that you had not handed over the SIM card. I contacted you 15 days after the order and it took 2 emails and 3 love chats to get a refund. The whole process took a month without a SIM card. You still have failed to apologise and by the way there isn't a private messaging function on trust pilot. Awful awful company.

We had a monthly bundle 9.95 euro providing 10 GB which was reduced to 7 GB while we used on holiday in Ireland. When it run out it suddenly with us thinking we had 10 GB and stopped working we immediately recharged paying $10 euro thinking we were buying another another 10 GB but this was applied to adifferent plan / rate and stopped again only 6 hours later as the 10 euro was consumed by just another 50 MB of data. Lebara service said we applied the recharge wrongly but the UI only allows one way to recharge which is entrappement. Why would anyone buy data at this rate? Suddenly losing internet caused us real hardship while away from home. Since returning to France we cannot get to 2345 service for voice mails since last October from our home address but Lebara France keep closing the issue as resolved without fixing. In essance there is not real support and we wasted 25 hours sending chat text and emails. If you switch off auto recharge and try to do manual recharging you cannot tell if it will be applied to your bundle or another super high charging rate. Thier advertising that you can stop and start the bundles is misleading and will trap you into paying unexpected charges. Stopping auto recharge on your bundle only works if you do so 7 days in advance of the recharge date for no obvious reason when recharges normally apply almost immediately.
