Criminally programmed. Impossible to obtain RIO code to keep phone number with a different operator because they have Blocked the 3179 number. The website gives no alternative for obtaining the code. And the contact button is fake
Add to that that the connexion is worse than with other operators and you have what is a very nice con.

Lebara is really a customer friendly. The Customer care executive Madani really understood my urgency request and resolved my issue quickly.

Sadly, Lebara is using misleading practices on their webpage when it comes the renewal of their monthly bundles.
In their "bundle & rates" FAQ, they clearly state that the bundle will automatically be renewed, if you have enough credit on your account. This is, so clients Top Up their credit with them. Then, when the monthly renewal arrives, they don't use the credit, but try to charge your card again. If that doesnt work, they cancel your monthly bundle and your credit is being used for "on the go" usage, which is obviously much higher, so that your credit gets eaten up in hours.
It´s sad to see, that such a clearly misleading practice is used by an internationally operating company, to lure people into topping up their credit and then misusing it. I talked to their customer service and all they do is return your topped up credit, clearly aware that this is a practice which is designed to mislead customers.

Tried to call my husband to pick me up, got an error message "number not registered". After half an hour managed to borrow a phone to call my husband to pick me up.
Now at home and checked my lebara account which shows the sim card as registered.
Had to use my husbands phone to call
labara support waited an 1 hour 20 minutes and have been timed out.
If you are thinking about using Lebara think twice.

Signal is weak in Normandy compared to other providers. So I need a dual sim phone so i can swap to SFR when needed.
After my above post, which was originally given a 1* Lebara have telephoned me and explained that the reason my signal is weak is because Orange are providing a poor service for my area. So it's Oranges fault.
Excellent service. Great value and the most helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Very highly recommended.
