Genuinely if I could give this company zero stars I would.
I paid $300 CAD and my order (placed April 20th) was never shipped despite the company claiming it was sent out. They could not even provide me with physical proof of handoff to the courier when I asked for it. The tracking link I was given does not even work anymore, and I keep receiving emails to rate my order that was NEVER even sent out to me in the first place!
They tried claiming that it's DHL's fault however when I contacted DHL directly they confirmed to never have received my order to begin with.
Over email, I was told that they would try to get the warehouse to ship me a new dress, which also never happened.
Do not waste your money buying from this store because you won't get your order and they will refuse you a refund!

I ordered a dress for my graduation that was listed as a preorder. The preorder window ended up being pushed back twice, and I still never received my package. I tried to be understanding because I knew delays can happen with preorders, but even three weeks after the estimated shipping date, there was still no update or movement on my order.
When I first reached out, I was told I would have to return the item to receive a refund — despite never receiving the dress in the first place. After continuing to follow up, I eventually received a refund, but the dress was never shipped to me.
They also tried to give me a 50$ coupon for leaving a review but i don’t wish to order from this company again
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Quality is SHEIN and they didn’t even give me a refund because I used the “welcome” discount code during checkout. Such a scam and waste of $130.

Updating my review because the situation has become even worse.
LEAU Clothing repeatedly told me they were “working on” my refund. Despite this, no refund was ever issued to my original payment method. Instead, I was given store credit I never agreed to accept.
I have the email in writing.
Conditioning a refund on deleting negative feedback is deeply unethical and raises serious concerns about how this company manages its online reputation. Customers should be aware that the positive image presented online may not reflect genuine customer experiences if negative reviews are being pressured into removal in exchange for refunds.
To be clear:
* I returned my item within the stated return period
* I provided proof
* I was told I’d receive a refund
* I was then given store credit instead
* Now the refund is being made conditional on removing my review
This has gone from poor customer service to behaviour that feels intentionally manipulative. I would strongly advise customers to think carefully before ordering from this company, especially if there is any possibility you may need to return an item.

I could not NOT recommend this sketchy scam of a business enough. For starters, their ridiculous return policy is purposely not clearly disclosed (unless you click on the link to read the fine print) and is incredibly misleading. I purchased a 100% polyester with misleading sizing/terrible stitching dress for almost $300; that in itself is wild. When I went to checkout, there was a discount applied by THEM automatically on their website, however there was no warning anywhere in the checkout saying that I wouldn’t be able to get my money back to my original payment method if I needed to exchange because a discount that they provided to me was used. I have never in my life seen this where the company gives you a discount and essentially prevents you from being able to get your money back because you got a tiny amount of money off of the order. I reached out to their customer service and of course, they didn’t care and just kept sending screenshots of the policy to me. I don’t care if it’s written in the policy, it’s incredibly shady and shows that their business isn’t thriving if they have to do things this way. Second, the quality is not great. The dress I received was 100% polyester and see through in the back, which doesn’t seem like the case in the pictures they’ve posted of it. The sizing is very weird and completely off. So, overall terrible experience and very disappointed in what I thought would be a very happy purchase. I can never recommend you shop at this business.

I reached out to your support team over email on Tuesday, Jun 2,2026 at 3:45 PM EST with my order number included, as to which your team simply told me nothing can be done. To pay almost $300 for a garment of this quality is really something else. It's see through and the stitching is bad, and the sizing is completely off. Additionally, there's a literal a hole in the midsection where the corset is supposed to be attached to the skirt of the dress-- but it's not. If you read your other reviews, multiple clients have the same experience (just no on their conveniently near perfect reviews on the product located on their website). The dress I purchased is not at all what is advertised on your website. You also did automatically apply a discount to my order, which is incredibly deceiving because that automatically traps me into not being able to get my almost $300 back to my original payment method. Regardless of if I entered it in myself or your website did, it's insane that I cannot get back my money because I got $20 off the order. It's also as if you purposely make the sizing weird to trap people into being unable to return the dress. Again, my situation is not isolated; multiple other clients have the same exact issues with your terrible company. Also, when I specifically asked the support agent to leave a review of your product on your website to warn others of the sizing issues and quality of the product, I was ignored and sent a review only for my interaction with your support agent. I think it's convenient that you hand pick who can review the product and who cannot. Thew reviews on your website are clearly hand picked and filtered to reflect the 1% of happy clients, not the 99% of unhappy ones. Tip: Maybe if you actually prioritized customers over keeping money/got rid of your incredibly scammy return policy, your business would thrive and you wouldn't need to trap people into not being able to get their money back.

returned my clothing item after it was delivered in perfect condition. They later claimed that the tag was detached. I paid for the return shipping myself, but they refused to refund my money. I then asked if they could simply send my item back to me instead, but they refused that as well. In the end, I neither received a refund nor got my item returned.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!! I tried ordering some Leau dresses from Nordstrom and they never arrived. Ok I thought it was fluke. I stupidly ordered the same dresses from their site and it was the worse thing I could have done. They told me it would be delivered to me a certain date. LIES. After hounding them multiple times because I saw it was not moving on they told me one dress was pre-order so not ready to ship and the other was stuck on UPS. After contacting UPS they told me they simply had to received my package yet. They have a horribly stupid return policy. To this day I still don’t have my second dress and will not respond on my refund. And the quality of these dresses is absolute trash. Save yourself and don’t buy Leau they are scammers.

Do not shop here if you ever want your money back. Leau Clothing urges new customers to use a Welcome discount code, but if you need to return that item you will not be eligible for a monetary refund. This company has extremely unethical business practices that are not industry standard when it comes to returns and refunds. I have been in contact with them for over a week trying to get my money back for a dress that wasn't right for me, and they will stand firm on stealing your money. They bury this policy on their returns/refunds page under multiple paragraphs in small font and because you clicked on "agree to terms of use" they will under no circumstance refund you. The Welcome discount code pops up multiple times throughout the shopping experience, and when you get to checkout you unknowingly choose to either pay full price or give up the right to a refund. They claim they have this policy stated in multiple locations but they don't. The clothing is real and it's fine quality but don't risk shopping with this brand or be swindled into the use of ANY discount code.

I ordered a skirt and top set .The top was on sale and the skirt was full price. I decided to get a meduim in both even though im a xsmall in size,not knowing what there sizing or brand was like.
Well to my disapointment the top was so small it didnt fit at all. The skirt was ok just fitted.I emailed Leau to see if I can exchange for a large( if it wasnt right at least I could get it altered.!!!!! ), but because it was on sale.they would not let me returned the top after numerous emails to Kimberly. now i stuck with a top that dosent fit and now cant wear this as a set which is why i

I ordered 2 dresses for my elopement. The reason I ordered 2 is because one of the dresses I wanted was on preorder and I was worried it wouldn’t come in time. I followed their measurements for sizing on the site. The first dress arrived and it did not fit. Unfortunately the next size up was out of stock. This is when I found out that if you use a discount code you don’t get a refund, just store credit. After emailing and them responding quite quickly until I requested review for a one time exception of a refund. They stopped responding.
The next size up is now back in stock on their website. I’ve emailed requesting an instant exchange (they mention this as a possibility on their website) yet still no response. It seems I’ve made too much of a fuss and am now being ignored. What should be an exciting time shopping for a dress to be married in has turned into so much stress and disappointment.
