Outstanding customer service!
We left ordering 18th birthday gifts a bit late, but Keith and team did everything they could to assist. They quickly responded to queries, provided advice, made the products and arranged delivery to happen in advance of birthday! The recipients were very happy with their gifts! 100% would recommend.

The staff are so friendly and helpful Keith one of the staff members showed me around the warehouse and should me what the satchels looked like and then we ordered one with him and then waited about a week and a half and picked it up. The staff put so much Detail in their satchels and had some many compliments about the satchel and people asking where it is from ordered another one before Christmas and can pick up soon love so much

I’ve just counted NINE bags from this fantastic company, in my house. All are different and all of them are beautiful! My most recent purchase is a small black leather satchel as a present for my mum. I ordered it a bit too late for her birthday, but I contacted the company and dealt with Keith, who was so helpful and provided the most fantastic service, and the bag arrived well within time! I can’t wait to give it to my mum on her birthday, she’s still using the one I got her 7 years ago, every day!

I ordered a replacement shoulder strap for a satchel from another company. The leather satchel company emailed me to ask for a photograph of the satchel to match the colour. The customer service was excellent particularly for a relatively small order. The strap is of excellent quality and I plan to order a bag from them in due course.

From start to finish, my experience of ordering and customising a satchel was excellent. Having ordered a satchel for my granddaughter for her birthday, I was so impressed I decided to have a customised one for my birthday. The journey from my first ideas to final design by Keith, the Master Craftsman, was outstanding and part of my birthday experience. He interacted with me to meet the purpose that I had provided, in the final design.
My satchel and my granddaughter's arrived when promised, beautifully packaged. The quality of both is of the highest order. As a bonus, their products are designed and made in the UK.

Truly amazing company!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. The quality is perfect, the prices are cheaper than mass produced imported stuff and everything can be modified or personalised. The customer service is the best I have come across in a long while. I’m a happy shopper.

I have bought a 12" satchel, with adjustments made to suit my requirements.
The quality of the item is absolutely wonderful. Communication with them is first class; Keith has been lovely to deal with.
Furthermore, not only is this a British company, it also sources the materials within Britain.

I am a returning customer and first bought a satchel and a music case from The Leather Satchel Co. in 2019 after much research and seeing their work online. I ended up loving my bags and using them so often that I came back to purchase two more bags in the same styles but in different sizes and colors.

These bags are not just handmade, but they are made uniquely for you. Keith and the team at the workshop really think on your behalf through every possible detail. There is nothing too small that will escape their attention. Keith sent me an email right after my purchase to confirm my choices, and recommended an upgrade to the clasps that I had chosen to ensure that my bag would stay properly closed with heavier items. Since I mentioned that I was a musician and used my bags to carry concert-sized scores, Keith also gave me more details on the measurements of the bags to ensure that I got the right one for my needs. The team even went as far as to think on my behalf that having a shoulder pad on the larger 15-in satchel that I purchased would make carrying heavy books around less of a burden on my shoulder. It's not just a handmade bag, but truly made and designed with you, the customer, in mind.

As for the bags themselves, they are the most beautiful quality -- the leather is buttery and thick and supple, the hardware is sturdy and durable, and the feel of it in your hand is really unlike anything else. And the craftsmanship is superior -- the stitching is beautiful, the fasteners open smoothly and close effortlessly. The bags I purchased back in 2019 still look and feel brand new, and I have never had any problems with them either, and I use them on a daily basis. I look forward to having many adventures with my bags for years to come. From a huge fan and loyal customer.
