Ordered and received within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Purchased leather jacket and normally wear a 14 comfortably. I check the measurement sizes on the listing and ordered 2 sizes bigger. When it arrived my neighbour who is a size 10 couldn't fit into it. Telephoned their helpdesk but was given a load of baloney regarding different jackets being different sizes blah blah blah. Surely when all you go on to order online is their measurement chart then this should be correct to that particular garment. Cost me £9.00 to return. Won't be using them again. They are full of useless xcuses and what seems to be some very obvious mis-selling.

I have been treated to a beautiful leather travel bag for my birthday, my wife gave me the money and I ordered it from the Leather Company whilst they had their sale on.
Free delivery, ordered on Monday, arrived first thing Tuesday!
I am extremely pleased with the bag and also extremely pleased and impressed with the excellent service.
I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a leather jacket but sent it back as it was my fault ordering wrong size and requested new size. Correspondence was swift, informative and polite. There was a slight uplift in price as the new request was a couple of sizes bigger (No probs with that). On paying extra there seemed to be an issue with transaction going through. They were very apologetic and said it was their end that had an issue. On trying the payment another time with the same result the gentleman said he would waver the extra charge as good will.(Customer care with values)

Cannot fault this company, ordered a leather bag Wednesday afternoon and it came the very next morning. The bag is absolutely beautiful and looks very expensive, it is a gift for my friend and I just know she is going to love it. 😁

very fast free delivery. unfortunately going to send everything back. as not happy with quality of what i have ordered . coat is of unknown turkish origin. all the labels are written in russian.will have to pay for the return

Just bought white leather bag it had ingrained mark on the back so sent it back for refund..had to pay myself to send it back and only given partial refund and they wont respond to my emails...won't be using this company again....

Ordered the jacket on Friday, it was delivered on Monday and was exactly what I wanted. The quality of leather and the make/fit of the jacket is exceptional. I would definitely recommend and would buy from this company again. Prices are better than some on the high street without quality and service being compromised. Thank you. I love my jacket.

The Leather Company are absolutely fantastic! My leather jacket is gorgeous. There was a slight fault in the lining of the pocket and the leather company couldn’t of been more helpful! Sent me a return label, repaired my jacket and had it back to me within a few days! The jacket is such high quality and what I’ve been searching for! I highly recommend this company, they’re great!

Excellent service. I had to return a jacket as it was too small. Within minutes of receiving it, they had called me to discuss exchange options. The lady was very patient with me as I wasn't sure on the measurements. Although she said the replacement could take a couple of days to arrive, we got it the next day. Beautiful quality product as well! Highly recommended!!

This was my second purchase from TLC, the first being last Nov. when I bought a 3/4 sheepskin coat.
The service each time has been excellent. The quality of the goods 100% with Shy, the manager, being an absolute gentleman. Each visit I have tried many items on to get the right fit but not a problem.

Well where do you start with a company with a flashy website that attracts people to their site. Leather jacket arrives and all is good fits well and feels good but soon after I smelt a fairly strong smell of industrial stainer like the jacket had been coated in a fairly recent tanning colour and it was potent enough to agitate my nostrils and it wasn't exactly like the colour shown on the website. Upon closer examination and inspection I noticed on the back of the jacket tanner flicker specks where the coating had dripped and left marks, there was also inconsistent coating on two other parts on the reverse of the jacket. Also the seams where the leather were stitched together lacked any application of the tanning at all and aroused my suspicion further and got me thinking what have I purchased. Nice fitting jacket but shoddy workmanship and judging by the Google picture of an industrial site road where the premises are located it's probably likely the jackets arrived on a boat from the shores of India or Pakistan by my reckoning suggesting why they are competitively priced.

Oh and the customer service is basically poor and non-existent by anybody's standards because if you email them they won't reply or you'll probably get a standard scripted email if they do, and be sure to read the returns because if you decide to return the shoddy garment you brought or if you change your mind you'll be paying for it out of your own pocket..!

Could it be possible that your dealing with Cowboys and Indians dressed up in fitting leather costumes from one of their product lines like Del Boy and Rodney from Only Fools and Horses...?

So be cautious when buying online from non reputable companies with a load of good reviews on Trustpilot because who knows who wrote them. Please do your due diligence and check all the negative reviews and you will see we all have the same concern's about poor workmanship in the quality of the product and extremely poor customer service satisfaction.

This is the first time we have ordered from the Leather Company and were very pleased with the service. The leather bag we ordered turned out to be not what was wanted. It was returned on a Thursday requesting a larger bag, the company contacted me to confirm the order and the new bag arrived before 9am on the Tuesday. Will definitely shop with them again.

Ordered a leather jacket,had to return it,too tight ,(my fault).ordered another and returned it(did not realise it slim fit) ordered next size up .perfect fit.great kreos jacket,nice soft leather.l found the staff great,really helpful,especially the lady I spoke to on the phone.no problem for them,good value,quick service,quick delivery.my thanks to all involved.will be back.
