Totally incompetent and corrupt - fabricated charges at the end of the lease and refused to accept irrefutable evidence that debunked these charges.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE BENT.

Car delivered 8th April with 350 miles on the clock and by 15th April car had developed a red diagnostic fault and would not start. The RAC found MANY diagnostic faults and advised me to take the car straight to dealer as undriveable. Vauxhall dealer unable to offer an appointment until end of May and unable to provide a courtesy car until Vauxhall garage confirm fault through their own diagnostic check. When I raised a complaint with Vauxhall I was told to go to the motor ombudsman.
Complaint raised with Leasys customer relations team on 16th April and assigned to an AJ though as yet still to receive any form of communication from AJ or Leasys other than an email to leave a review here!
Do yourself a favour and please do not lease a car through Leasys, it’s just not worth all the stress and anxiety. I’m on my third week of no transport and Leasys couldn’t care less but are happy to continue taking payment.

Looked At the website for a leased vehicle, the 1st option that shows is a Citreon C3 1.2 litre, 5000 miles per year on a 2 year lease.
Click on it and it become a Vauxhall Mokka.
Tried a number of times using a variety of ways to access the information on the Citreon but each time it shows details for an electric Mokka.
Great site, if you want an E Mokka.
Had a response from Leasys which has changed my initial experience opinion. Glitches happen.

Vehicle arrived two months late. A scramble to get the car to us before we went on holiday.
Weeks of having no vehicle and virtually no communication unless we chased for it.
Really poor service on this and although the team did their best the whole process and communication.
At least expected some form of acknowledgement as soon as they knew the car would have a serious delay.

Tried getting help from yourselves but no replies to sorting out my issues over my contract.

Hi the communication from the broker - carleasing - was fantastic. The communication from Leasys was not. Delivery of the vehicle was delayed over 4 hours but I was not notified. It was delayed because 2 lights came on and peugeot had to fix. When I received the vehicle the lights were off. But they came back on the next day. I have been to the local peugeuot dealer 3 times in the last week and they couldn't do anything because the lease was not in the system. And when peugeot called leasys the man they spoke to said - why did the customer accept delivery of the vehicle... well I accepted it because I was told the lights were off. Also the man that delivered the vehicle did not really have a working knowledge of the car so we were left to figure everything out. And finally, we were not given the opportunity to submit anything regarding damage ( I have now emailed in a photo of the small dent I noticed on delivery) after speaking with a lovely lady at Leasys. Hopefully, it will be added to our file. The beginning process was very frustrating. Hopefully, it will be better going forward.

The car was delivered within 10 days of the order. The delivery guy was really helpful and polite. I choose a Nissan Quashqai and I am really pleased with it. Would recommend to anyone looking to lease a car.

Complaint lodged 14/03/25, no response yet?
We have leased a Vauxhall Grandland Ultimate on a 12 month special deal. Ordered March 2024 and was told delivery would be as soon as it arrives at the dealer estimated arrive June 2024.
The car came in early mid May 24 so we took delivery straight away.
Slight kerb mark on wheel on delivery noted and photographed and reported yet no follow up from Leaseys on getting this resolved as it was only a 1 year deal we were not too fussed on chasing this down.
We are now just in the process of arranging return of the vehicle as per BVRLA guidelines and the car’s first service not being due on date or mileage for 7 weeks and over 2700 miles away.
Only to be told that the car’s first service is due as it had been registered in March 2024 nearly 2 months prior to delivery on a factory order?!?
Have called then emailed two times over last 2 weeks to sort this out and as of yet no response.
Failing to disclose this to us at point of ordering or at any point throughout could leave us liable to avoidable costs. But looking at all other reviews on here and trustpilot is not something new. Speak to your brokers and find out who the leasing company is, I definitely will in the future.
Great car and deal soured by poor customer service and what appears an attempt to gain money back through fines?
**update for the below response now had a response, directing me to another department which was done on 31/03/25 to customer-relations@**********, and still no contact back to resolve now its the 09/04/25 other than requesting the review shouldn’t be on the leaseys.com website, yet all the contact comes from the .com website. Also tried the leaseys app and sent a request which remains unanswered from 18 days ago

This was my 4 th leased vehicle and first time such tiny scratches were considered as damage. Disappointed but not surprised. Definitely won't use Leasys again. Im not sure if it was worth it for extra 160 pounds. Will never use them again. Not a chance.

Returned a woefully poor quality Maxus T90 electric pickup truck at the end of a 12 month lease (from brand new), only to be invoiced for a supposedly "missing" locking wheel nut key (the vehicle doesn't even have locking wheel nuts) and corrosion on all four alloy wheels. Apparently it's my responsibility to spot and diagnose tiny corrosion outbreaks (like I'm a professional mechanic!) so that they can be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty prior to the vehicle being returned at the end of the lease.
I wouldn't touch Leasys with an unfeasibly long barge pole. I'll see them in court before they get a penny from me.

Agree with all the comments before me. Waited weeks for Manheim to send an inspector. Knew as soon as he arrived he would find fault with my car..
Not only charging me £350 stating ‘Incomplete service’ when the car had full service history & Service Book stamped!
Found fault with everything about the car which had been looked after scrupulously and within BVRLA guidelines and leaves an estimate of £1764!
Avoid this company!!

My car was collected yesterday and I was told there was no record of a service on the car however the service was completed at the manufacturer garage and the warning light for the service has disappeared from my dashboard.
I believe they claim a service is missing to get more money. I sent over the invoice for the service 1 hour after the car was taken off my driveway and told I would incur a fine.
Sorry but how is this acceptable ? The service was clearly completed on the vehicle and now they have caused me unnecessary stress
The customer service advisors are extremely rude when you call, I had only asked for an email to send the invoice to and was given so much attitude from the advisor

I telephoned and the call was answered promptly by Ruman who was polite and helpful. He dealt with my queries efficiently. One matter required a colleague's input and when I spoke to Danuta Ruman had fully apprised her and she again was polite and efficient and dealt with the matter expeditiously and satisfactorily.

Long story short the company leasy use for car collection are absolute cowboys. I was billed £700 for service history even after providing proof of service but the they were more interested in a stamp in the book rather than a digital service proof. Contacted leasy and spoke to Ladan and she quickly got to the bottom of the issue and had the cost removed. It is hard workers like her that make a huge difference to the company. She was very helpful and even went out of her way to deal with the matter and get back with an update within a reasonable time. As long as workers like her exist, the company will thrive and build a better future.

I arranged for the collection of my leased vehicle for collection on the 02/02/2025 as specified in their email they sent to me. The collection company (Manheim) didn’t have the capacity to collect the vehicle. The nearest date they could offer for collection was the 10/02/2025. The vehicle was duly collected. The a demanding invoice was sent for £70 for late collection. My car was returned in excellent condition (grade 1) and thousands of miles under the contract mileage agreement.
