Still being charged/sent invoices - 3 months after car returned/contract ended
I can not stress enough for people not to use this company. I leased a vehicle through my LeasePlan - through out the contract booking MOT’s and services through the company was painful. Constantly turning up to appointments at garages to be told they knew nothing about the works.
This isn’t the worst of it….
I handed my vehicle back November 24 (earlier than contract end date) as my contract was up December 24. I was invoiced incorrectly and money taken from my account in January - even though my contract was over and I had paid my final invoice in December. I am still to this day getting invoices….i have to ring up each month and ask them to “put on hold” my invoices.
I am still yet to receive the reimbursement for January, even after numerous emails. Also my vehicle still isn’t shown as “off hired” even though my vehicle was handed back 3 months ago.
Absolute joke of a company.
