Very good courses on trading, lots of information for the beginner trader, and we are always learning in trading. Software of smartcharts is very good helping to save time on analysis, particularly the A.i strategies.

The entire team from support staff to coaches are simply professionals, being totally aware of customer service, that’s key with the trading training service provided, that can definitely be stressful

Great course content, intense but informative. Each of the presenters and coaches have their own style and methods of trading giving you a mind full of ideas and strategies.

They’ve finally done it: taken everything online. The training, the mentorship, the support — and somehow, the accountability too. It’s the perfect modern package: 100% remote, 0% responsibility.

You start with an “intro seminar” that feels like a TED Talk written by a sales funnel. Then the real magic happens: you’re lovingly guided (read: up sold) into the next level. And the next. And the next. At each stage, you’re promised that this is finally the part where it all comes together. Spoiler: it never does.

The $8,000 software? It’s not really software — it’s a browser tab with a password and a loading spinner. Want to take it with you or use it with another broker? Too bad. It’s chained to their system like your refund request is to the bottom of their inbox.

And yes, there’s the ongoing subscription fee. Because what’s better than paying once for something that doesn’t work? Paying monthly for the privilege of remembering it still doesn’t.

Then, of course, there’s Trustpilot — the final frontier of customer catharsis. Except here, every negative review vanishes faster than your demo account equity. Coincidence? Probably just “flagged for community standards,” like truth is these days.

The upside? You'll never be alone. Hundreds of others are on the same “journey,” posting eerily similar 5-star reviews that read like they were copy-pasted from the company pitch deck. It’s almost poetic.

If you’ve got $35,000 burning a hole in your pocket and enjoy being sold “the dream” in 3 polished slides followed by six months of radio silence, then congratulations — you’ve found your tribe.

Highly recommended if you like performance art disguised as financial literacy.

The Coaching Team are actual trading practitioners, they have a deep wealth of knowledge of trading experience.

I had an incredibly valuable day at the Smartcharts Live Trading Day. Learning from expert coaches was exceptional, and connecting with like-minded individuals greatly enhanced the overall experience. The thoughtful provision of lunch, drinks, and snacks made the day even more enjoyable.

The staff were warm and friendly which opened a good environment for learning , The Room was aperfect for taht kind of learning, well light and tables with electric adapters where students did not wonder to chrge their pc. The coaching was very important to us one on one that made learning even more enjoyeable.
