I use Learnsignal for my CIMA studies, and their subscription model is truly revolutionary. The materials are high quality, concise, affordable, and accessible anywhere—which was essential for me as i move around a lot and need ease of access to the materials in real time.

Each chapter includes practice tests that help you assess your understanding before moving on, and the two-week bootcamp at the end of each module is extremely effective. Whenever I skipped the bootcamp, I struggled in the actual exam, but completing it always led to a pass. It’s a vital part of the learning process.

Learnsignal also helped me pass my Management Case Study exam on the first attempt, and I became the third-highest achiever in November 2024 CIMA exam for South East England, earning a special award from CIMA.

The support team, led by Evita, is outstanding—they monitor progress and send motivating reminders. The student WhatsApp group is also great for sharing ideas, study tips, and staying on track.

I highly recommend Learnsignal for anyone studying CIMA. Five stars for content quality, accessibility, value for money, and exceptional support.

Offering flexible and practical courses for my CPD journey

I've only used a few of their training facilities due to circumstances beyond my control.
However, I can only make positive comments on those I've used so far.
I'm hoping that by opting for a lifetime upgrade, I could pursue these courses without undue time pressures. This could also improve my learning.

Well structured Learning content and very detailed materials i.e. assumed knowledge content and resources helped me with my studies given to the fact that I got a lot of exemptions. It helps me to recap the basic knowledge before preparing for the advanced courses like Performance Management and Strategic Business Reporting.

It's a platform that works well for me. The video training is well structured and clear. Also each course is well structured. The ongoing tests are great way to enhance knowledge. With videos, ongoing tests, notes, good structure and tutors, these guys though of it all. It's just a shame they cant learn it for you, but they do the next best thing by making it easier to learn with such a good structure.

Ample online learning resources available

I’ve used Learn Signal for the professional level exams with 2 down and 2 left to sit in December. The format of learning is refreshing, with sharp focused videos rather than meandering long lectures. Being able to study at my own pace watching videos is excellent, allowing me to better regulate my energy rather than sitting through lectures and struggling to keep up.

The tutors are great to keep focused and motivated, with a WhatsApp group for reminders and seeing queries from other students.

I believe the platform is a modern approach to learning and is ideal for a busy professional.

I really enjoy using learn signal. It’s informative and very useful while preparing for exams.

I was also auto-enrolled, and the subscription had renewed, but I haven't used their platform for over five months.

I requested a refund of £199.99 eleven days ago and believed I could cancel for 2025. I previously requested a cancellation via their website, which showed as 'Pending cancellation'. They responded saying this is for October 2026, which is of no use to me as I stopped using the materials months ago.

I was then told that someone from the 'student success team' would respond within 7 business days. This has not happened. It appears that Learn Signal has a track record of not responding to these kinds of queries, and I am unsure whether they have proper customer service or if responses are just automated.
I have sent a few follow up emails which are being ignored. I would appreciate this being looked into, as it is very frustrating.
