Well organised and informative Scrum Master course where Mural, interactive experiences and accompanying videos were used.

The leader was very experienced and knowledgeable and a very good course. Plenty of room for thought.

Good emphasis on the most important aspects of the Product Owner role. I got some practical and really valuable questions discussed & answered, which I couldn't have figured on my own from self study. Many participants were experienced, giving good perspective to matters. And the class gave me a good shot of motivation to study more! So I have to give five stars for value, even though there is still room to improve: We had plenty of team exercises which was useful for making us think and learn, although some participants would have clearly wished for a balance of more listening and less practice. It was good to keep working on main assignments with the same team, but for variation we could have had more of these as mixed pair/group breakouts with other people. Online session logistics worked well overall, although a live session would have definitely been worth the trip! Ralph provided interesting references and sent us all course materials in electronic form after the class, thanks!

I really enjoyed the nov 2-3 2021 PSM class with Ralph. The class relied on a clear agenda with the right mix of pushing knowledge and discussing applications, ample room for interactive explanations, group work and Q&As. The instructor has undisputed depth and breadth of knowledge and experience, and has polished his teaching technique so that he made sure all the content was delivered and understood in a timely and relaxed manner. I'd recommend this class!

It was a very good training, full of examples and real life scenarios. Fast paced but always well explained.

Took the PSM-1 Training from Ralph. Being a Scrum Master I can vouch for the trainer and the content which was taught to me. The whole training was really effective and I still love it when Ralph answered every generic question using real-life examples. I would totally recommend Agile Actors for Scrum training.
