It was great experience with learners point academy

I enrolled with Learn Point Academy after they assured me it would be a one-to-one course with specific content. Unfortunately, after paying, I discovered the course was completely different from what was promised. The information shared before payment felt misleading and the actual course turned out to be unhelpful and a waste of time. I am very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency. I would not recommend this academy unless they improve their communication and deliver what they promise.

I had a very disappointing experience with Learners Point Institute in Dubai. After enrolling, I received little to no support from the operations team, as my queries were often ignored. When I requested a refund, my emails and WhatsApp messages also went unanswered. Due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I would not recommend this institute. There are better alternatives available.

Learner Point academy is chetaers. Someone name Nikita Desai called me in June-2025 for something called AI Course. Thereafter no one called me neither send me any communication. She offered payment through Tabyy and now Tabby is harassing for payment for nothing. Beaware of this Learners Point Academy

Am a past employee of this company and worked for almost 2 years and I say this is the one company that value your existance and support in every aspect of your work. Seniors and Managers are well experienced and more empathetic towards enployess.

Worst experience with SR. HR don't know what she will think herself non sense lady.
If any resume is not suitable for the company or organisation need to reject it at first itself. After having second round of interview Hr was quite insulting saying that my resume don't have strong and my communication skills is not good. All though I have 5 years in B2B AND B2C. Why such HR are available in company were they can't respect for the humanity. ,,😡😡

Company has no culture worst environment no job security and flexibility employees are treated like roadside workers, they don't have their own trainers big time scam and telling people it's fresh batches and enrolling and playing with learners Money and career big turn down to this company in dubai, bengaluru, cochin and Kolkata

I liked the fact that the trainee was very much knowledgeable in the area of facilities management. This company is very good at communication.

I’ve had the experience enrolling for my CIPS certification for level 4 at Learners Point they have good facility great supportive instructors and hospitable and cheerful staff, I highly recommend for others through this institution to get their certification

It is a nice institute I recommend for everyone to go there and learn

The best learning institution so far. You'll get the value of what you have paid for. All instructors are very engaging and gives you all standard practice and real life scenarios. Instructors respond to every student questions. I've joined different learning center and premium ones but this one is the most impressive so far.

I enjoyed the way the classes when through, nice teacher and good explanation. Flexible and good personal follow up

Attended TTT program at LPA and must say that the sessions we went through was informative and with lot of activities.
Our Trainer, Tatek have a great energy and passion when delivering the sessions and of course lot of patience, he made the sessions quite interactive. I would highly recommend the academy and programs they run.

The training interactive sessions were a great experience. The team and tutors provided excellent support. The presented and lectured session was very helpful. It is suggested that having interactive sessions with industry experts during the course would be beneficial for gaining wider exposure and knowledge

It was an amazing experience for me to lean Cfm (Ifma) from learners point academy. i enjoyed the training style with lots of references i.e YouTube videos, websites and books to read which made understanding of the course very easy. The trainers knowledge and expertise was so great.
As per trainers profile, some of them worked in big companies and their experiance made the course modules practical. I liked the atmosphere as the institute is being located at the heart of the city. I would recommend others to choose learners point academy.
