Meticulously specific & educational
This is VERY educational & meticulously specific. I was actually shocked at how much I didn’t know even after studying anatomy, kinesiology, anatomy of movement receiving a degree AND being a certified personal fitness & wellness coach for years. Very interesting stuff! And I’ve only had my first session.

Anatomy
I just took the first lesson it was easy to follow along and the illustrations are very live like. I think 15 minutes a day is easy to commit to. So far it seems it is worth the money and I’m looking forward to the next lesson!
