DO NOT PURCHASE!

If i could give minus or no stars it would still be too much. Booked what I thought was driving lessons. Purchased 20hr block. Website looked legit, people in cars etc and no mention of online tuition. I spoke to a chat assistant and asked questions about the lesson, then received an email with confirmation upon booking, still no mention of online tuition. Got my email from David my "instructor" a week before my "lesson" to say I had to download Zoom to partake on my Virtual lesson! WTAF?! They won't answer any of the multiple emails I have sent them and Consumer Scotland won't do anything about it because it states in the Teems of Service. I didnt even get a Zoom invite for my lesson. I am trying to do a chargeback through my bank but I think I might hit a wall because it is in their Terms of Service and it is available to read on the website. I am so disappointed and upset by this. I feel like they've have stolen £400 from me.

SCAM!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I purchased 30 hours of lesson which would include a 1 hour slot for my test. Nothing mentioned on website of during booking about it being online only. Then you get an email to say it's online only and you need zoom to join the lessons. Tried to email multiple times with zero replies. Emailed their main email and my "instructor"
Steer clear of this site.. Unless you wanna lose money

FRAUD MIS SELLING PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Nowhere does this company state that the sell purely ONLINE driving lessons.
Purchased a session of 20 hours for my 17 year old daughter and received a confirmation with date and time of lesson.
A week later we get an email saying we need to download zoom to be able to access the ONLINE lessons we have purchased!
Immediately contacted the company via their email link. IT DIDN@T WORK and bounced straight back.
Tried with the contact form on the website. NO RESPONSE.
Kept trying through both and at one point even the contact form would not send as though they had blocked my email address.
Have contacted ACTION FRAUD regarding the website as we have had no correspondence.
Website states you need to contact your instructor directly but no direct contact for he instructor.
Didn't receive a zoom link (Not that we wanted it) for the online lessons either.
Yes I checked and rechecked and read the website back to front!
DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM!!!

I can agree with other "customers" victims here. This company is absolute scam. I paid for the car driving lessons just for them to take my money and not show up. Instead they send me some ridicolous website. How is this not illegal???

It seems like everybody here has had the same experience, I payed my money for the lessons. They said they would be in touch a few days before my first lesson which was supposed to be the 4th November. Now it is a day before the test and the website wont let me onto it and I have heard nothing from them. It's 100% a scam do not use this website if it ever comes back online

It seems I’ve also been scammed

It seems I’ve also been scammed. I booked my lessons before the previous people made their reports here. When I booked it seemed a reputable company and I even found endorsements elsewhere on the internet, which is why I booked.

I also received an email advising me to wait for a few days before my due date, but nothing came through, my emails are unanswered and their website is now defunct.

In over twenty years of buying goods and services online I have never once been scammed, however these guys were pretty slick and sophisticated.

I have contacted my credit card company and hopefully they can help me reclaim my money. For added insult, I’m five months pregnant and was only learning so I could get both my children to and from their gran’s.

Be aware that this is scam

Be aware that this is scam! Their old website was pass-plus.co.uk They've been reported and they made another website. I got my money back, but the national fraud is useless for reporting these types of scammers. Do not book!

Do not use this company SCAM

Do not use this company, they’ve changed their name from pass-plus.Co.uk (see their reviews).
Take your money, send a confirmation but nobody turns up and they don’t reply to your emails, the website is now closed and this one has opened with the exact same set up. Please avoid, I was lucky and the credit card company are investigating and refunded my money.
