Biggest regret and mistake of my career.

I don’t even know where to start. I really think Leaps n Boundz is on the decline as a workplace. The toxic culture made it hard to enjoy my job. One supervisor always gets special treatment while everyone else carries the pressure. The people in charge are demeaning and disrespectful. Some people are fake, so it was hard to know whom you could trust. The culture is more toxic than you could ever imagine. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you.
