Never able to reach anyone when I need customer service. Keep getting notifications about missing payments when I in fact made my payment. The app says error when you try to pay and still takes money from your account.

Horrible experience
Made multiple unauthorized drafts, even after I received notice that loan was paid off there was still a check for 50.00 presented to my bank. Was never able to speak to a person, e-mails went nowhere. Horrible company never doing business with them again.

I called and emailed Leap credit numerous times and have not received a return call or response to my email. I have requested a payment plan review and my account has been enabled and I can not get anyone to fix it so I can’t submit the documents needed to change my plan. This company is definitely the terminology of a predatory lender!! $7,500 in interest for a $2,500 loan?? Please! It’s ABSOLUTELY a DISGRACE that companies like this are allowed to operate in this country taking FULL advantage of less fortunate Americans! I paid the loan off early and they are still taking payments out of my checking account. I have called them for days and hours at a time and I get cut off. I have emailed 3 times with screenshots showing that the loan is paid off but they keep taking additional payments. They never contact you. They owe me a lot of money now. I am going to the BBB tired of being rip off!!
