Time wasters...
Called into the shop early November to book a measureing appointment and fitting appointment for December due to a bathroom refit. Asked for the measuring appointment for 9.30ish on Monday 17th.i received a phone call at 9.45 asking if I was going out anytime during the day and what time I was back for. I gave them the times I was available. I waited until 2.30 and no one turned up. Phoned the shop at 4ish and asked what time they was turning up. I was asked if anyone was available later and my husband was until 5.30.Well no one turned up. I phoned the shop on Tuesday morning and asked why they didn't turn up. The reply I received was I was running late and you failed to give me your husbands phone number. The person who sits in the shop is so sarcastic. He's made up silly excuses like he's not got a car and it's been in the garage for a few day's and he can't get from one end of the town to the other.. I was told these things happen. He's so very rude and if your car was in the garage wouldn't you ask the garage for a hired car or hire one yourself. Please don't waste your time or money with this person or company. Go elsewhere.
