Placed a web order having phoned to establish availability. Received confirmation of my order waited for courier details after more than 2 weeks I phoned to leaving several messages requesting an update on my order, nothing. Phoned again this time I got an answer, on checking he advised my order was cancelled a while ago due to availability I said it was the first I'd heard of it he reckoned a mail had been sent but I had received nothing, he generated another message but there was no mention of a cancellation or refund so I'm going to contact my bank to check for a credit from Leafy Tiger as I have no confidence/trust in them.
They're incompetent managing stock, communicating and customer support.
The item purchased is still listed as in stock!! Rubbish on-line retailer, avoid at all cost, unfortunately there are a lot of them about, I should've bought it on Ebay which I've now done and it arrived in 4 days and he price matched, that's how to do it Leafy Tiger.
Rose Bushes Never Arrived
I too ordered two x rose bushes via B&Q. Leafy Tiger advised they had been dispatched but they never arrived. Very difficult to contact them. I did however manage to get one phone call answered. Advised lost in transit and two more would be dispatched. Still not arrived. They don’t respond to emails either. B&Q won’t help. Do not bother buying anything via B&Q Marketplace. I am in process of trying to get a refund. Not going to hold my breath!!!
Black Baccara rose, more compost than rose
Bought what I thought was an established rose in a 5litre pot (Black Baccara) from B &,Q. Leafy Tiger kept me waiting for the delivery for more than 10 days
When I eventually received it it was small and not a strong established specimen. Yes it was in a 5 litre pot. When I turned it out to plant all the woodchip compost fell away. THERE WAS HARDLY ANY ROOT SYSTEM I would assume it had just been reported into the 5 litre pot. Not an established rose that I expected. I certainly would not recommend Leafy Tiger via B & Q for roses, in my opinion they probably did not have an established rose that is why they kept me waiting. When I chased up order this is what I received. Small young rose in big 5 litre pot with a new load of compost, hardly any roots.
Better than anticipated
I wanted Black Baccara Roses and my usual go to online garden shop let me down (order cancelled after 3 weeks of waiting). Decided to try Leafy Tiger and was amazed at the speed of service and the quality of the roses. At such a good price too, thank you!
Terrible service- buy elsewhere
Ordered items through a company using Leafy Tiger as a third party seller and have had problems with delivery. As its live plants, I've cancelled the order. Contacted leafy tiger through the online form a week ago, no response. Company I've purchased from wonr refund until they've heard from leafy tiger, so im waiting for acknowledgement before I'll then have to wait ten days for a refund. I'm sure if you're buying in store its better but the online order experience is really bad, Tried calling their number and it rings but doesn't connect. Its not okay to have my money and I've received no goods. I've since had a message from leafy tiger to.say when parcel force send the rose bushes back ( no doubt dead) they'll issue a refund! Its been 3 weeks! Luckily I complained to B&Q and insisted on a refund or I'd open a dispute with my credit card and have my money back. Bought same roses from Peter Beales Rose's, great service, superb quality roses, healthy and fresh, next day delivery free of charge. Its only roses and shopping but life is too busy to have all the extra admin with a company like Leafy Tiger. My advice to.them.would be to really get the online sales procedures together and offer a service or simply stop online sales until they have the time to do so.
Have had a terrible experience
Have had a terrible experience. Bought a Garden bistro set for £331. Not received any conformation emails. The website says 3-5 days delivery. Still not heard anything or received any product on 20 days later. Money has been taken out of my account and the phone number just rings through.
Scammers
On 30th March I ordered a garden set of table and chairs, paying over £300. Whilst I received an automated order acknowledgement, there was no reference to a proposed delivery date.
I have twice emailed the company requesting an update or at least a response, but this has not been forthcoming.
I have also tried calling 3 times, but the number on the website is not that of a professional company. I have now come to the conclusion that I have been scammed which is obviously immensely disappointing and just plain wrong.
Avoid!
My order was cancelled without explanation, even though the item still appeared as in stock on the website. I emailed twice to ask for an explanation but received no response and I waited ten days for the refund. Really, really not impressed and won’t shop there again.

Placed an order 3 days ago took payment but had no confirmation email. I have then realised it is now too late and do not need the order and have tried numerous times to contact to cancel . No reply via any emails or Facebook, tried to call all day everyday for the past 3 days with no answer to phones. They ring then cut off . Please reply as I want to cancel and have a full refund before dispatched .
Do not use this company - they cannot be trusted!
If I could give this company no stars, I would. They sent me a faulty item, which after chasing, they agreed to refund and to pay me back for the postage. I have had the item itself refunded but nothing back on the postage, despite multiple chasing. I am still chasing a full refund almost 2 months later. I can get no response via email and their phone number just rings. This is not how to run a company and provide customer service. I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else using them.

Ordered 2 dog beds, have emailed customer service over a week ago, no reply. Called 3 times eventually sent to voice mail, left one voice mail still no reply.

Damaged goods received
I ordered a bench from this company in August with a missing compartment.
Customer service is shocking with very delayed response times. The item is still in a box in my kitchen and after contacting the company on numerous occasions the issue has still not been resolved. No replacement has been sent out and I have had to chase chase chase! Avoid!!

Above and beyond
We purchased an item from another manufacturer through Leafy Tiger and have had zero support from the manufacturer with the fault. Leafy Tiger have been excellent handling the issue on our behalf and took on the complaint and resolved the matter to their own expense. I would fully recommend this company.
Don’t Bother
Placed a fairly larger order in June, and needed one item (a rose) despatching quickly as a gift. Leafy Tiger were very accommodating and shipped part of my order including the rose the same day.
Unfortunately despite promises to pick and despatch the remainder of my order later…which apparently needed to be collected from a different site, I ended up getting an automated email out of the blue saying the rest of my order had been cancelled despite me emailing to say I was happy to wait for the items to be despatched.
Furthermore the rose I ordered as a gift ended up being a completely different rose to the one I had ordered. When it flowered it should have been a pale lilac Blue Moon rose, what was actually received was a bright orange rose, not a Blue Moon). Clearly this was really disappointing given it was a gift and I felt suitably embarrassed. Despite reaching out to Leafy Tiger using their contact form on the website to ask they rectify this issue I have had no response.
I also left a review on their website for the Blue Moon rose a number of weeks ago having received an email requesting me to do so. My review has not been published on the website despite me leaving it at least 2 weeks ago. Makes me wonder how many negative reviews they don’t publish.
In summary if you want a below par service where you may or may not receive your order (and when you do receive something it’s a gamble as to whether it’s actually the variety you ordered!) No follow up or rectification when there is an issue then use Leafy Tiger.
Afraid to say I will not be using them again.

Order placed 7th August 2024 on 15th August an email arrived saying "We're writing to confirm that your order with Leafy Tiger has been canceled. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding this cancellation or any other matter, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're committed to providing excellent customer service and are here to help."
I mailed back asking for an explanation.. NO REPLY emailed again a couple of days later NO REPLY, Phoned twice and have left two voice mails, NO RESPONSE. NO REFUND either, now have to go to the bank to go through their procedures to get my money back.
Avoid this company.
UPDATE
My refund entered my account on Tuesday 20th August 2024, I spoke to the security/fraud section of my bank on Monday 19th and they confirmed no credits were pending. Today (31st August 2024) I checked the Leafy Tiger website and low and behold the woodland bench is still listed and in stock!!!

I emailed the company as tracking seemed to say that the courier had not received package. They called instantly to appologise explaining that the courier had not collected at that point (courier issues) 10 out of 10 for customer service, Chris was honest and helpful redeemed my faith in people and companies Thank you !!
