Auto charging my credit card for an appointment I did not make
I cancelled my Medical Marijuana Pennsylvania card and leafydoc automatically setup an appointment to talk to a doctor to renew it and automatically charge my credit card! The email they sent me had no way to cancel this appointment i did not make. There was no way to communicate with them. Their terms say you can delete your account my logging into the patient portal but there is no way to do this on their website or patient portal! The portal didn’t allow me to cancel the appointment either. The chat feature was useless to get this appointment cancelled. So I had to write an email and I’ll be making a phone call to them first thing Monday morning. I’ve spent hours trying to get this resolved. I never expected they would automatically schedule an appointment and charge me for an appointment I don’t want! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
