If you’re an overseas buyer, beware. I ordered from Leaf Only several months ago from the UK and have still still not received my order.

The sellers in a deceptive manner refunded the original card payment and requested a bank transfer or money gram. Initially, Patrick the customer service rep was responsive, however, when made aware of the problem, they quickly stopped responding.

Apparently the order is still held in customs. However, Leaf only have made no effort to chase the postal service even though they are aware this has to be done by them.

Now, near enough 4 months later the business is not replying to emails. Absolutely no regard for customer service, just out there to make a quick buck.

Avoid, definitely not a trusted seller. Scammy fraudulent tactics used to prevent customer’s having adequate protection of their order.

I'm not sure if their family-owned business I just know that they make you feel like family. All my questions were answered quickly over email. Even by phone,I felt their desire to help. I have not encountered this kind of service in years. I trust and recommend them. Thank you.

Ordered Mapacho sample came fast. Have not ordered larger packages yet.

Don't buy from leaf only the staff are very disrespectful,they made me lose alit of money by sending me a bunch of trash Leaf that's full of holes and the head of them removed clipped off ,They get leaf in category like A1 and so forth and when they send you leaf they send mostly Leaf that should be sold to a cigarette company to fill cigarettes because of how much holes in them , grade z leaf , they send leaf with a bunch of holes , 70 to 75 % of them holes , then send you a email telling you that you have to accept 15 to 30,% trash leaf w t f 15 to 30% , it shouldn't be more than 10% trash to be accepted , all the staff are very disrespectful ,they don't know to talk to people,they talk over you when your trying to explain a problem, and have alot of attitude,......leaf only don't fixed there problem with there farmers at the source , no instead they want customers to accept 15 to 30% trash leaf and then have employees be disrespectful to customers by talking over them and not have an attitude

I bought a sample size of tobacco and as I’m new to buying whole leaf I don’t know much but the product came and everything seems perfect. The tobacco was a little dry but in the shipping email they perfectly detail how to fix this issue. So far I’d say this is a great place to shop.

dealing with one leaf has been a uniquely disappointing experience; we have only put in two orders, and both were dismally presented; the first being three orders at one quarter pound each, being extremely dry and cracked; the second order of two pounds each, worse than the previous order, so dry and brittle that is was unusable; another reason to shop offline; we were looking forward to enjoying the tobacco; we reached out to the company twice and were disappointed again...

We recently purchased Golden Seal Special Burley seeds, and our seedlings are doing well. We're extremely satisfied with our purchase, and the included instructions. We will be getting all our future products from Leaf Only. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised when receiving the first purchase of organic tobacco from Leaf Only with the low-priced tobacco shredder that works like a charm, The company staff is polite and informative. I appreciate very much being able to purchase a good product from an honest company.

Worst customer service ever. These people never responded to my inquiry (tried them 3 times) and then after a few months of silence, they sent marketing emails to me. So I reached out again to ask about help with my order and the response I get is "why did you wait so long?" Really? It doesn't get more unprofessional than that. This was a co owner mind you. Would rather quit smoking entirely than shop from rude theives at leafonly.com.
