How about responding to the emails that you are sent. Customer service should be one of your priorities

I originally placed my order on the 8th December 2025, despite money being taken from my account, and several emails of complaint, and being told the matter would be looked into, as of today, 8th January 2026, I still haven't received my order. My advice, use a different company.

I haven't received my package and haven't received a refund. The store hasn't responded to emails. Don't buy anything from them! They're scammers! 😡🤬

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!! THIS WAS A GOOD BUSINESS BUT HAVE NOW STOPPED TRADING THEY WILL STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING AND TELL YOU NOTHING ALL CONTACT EMAIL ARE NOT USED

Great products well packaged and fast delivery as always

I placed two orders with leaf and had to send them a email, my orders got lost in the system. I received a response quickly and was asked for the order number of my two items.
I received both of my items.
Yesterday and today.
I am so pleased.
I will be fully ready to use their site again.

How many times are you going to allow me a very very poor score on your platform that says the same as I've said before.
I'm still waiting for two orders that I have not seen since tha 26th of October.
I advise you that if it's being delivered by Dpd, it's not getting to you.

I rate the products quite highly however after placing an order on the 24th of October and we are now in the second week of November and I still have not received my order and the fact that leafoclock has not responded to any of my requests to look into it, I will not be ordering anything from them again, which is a shame because up until now they have been excellent.

Still didn't get my item. I've contacted seller but no answer. I was happy with previous orders.

I made my order and paid however I've not received anything! I've emailed them and I'm getting no response! very disappointing considering I've used them a few times before!

The payment for my order was taken straight away, but my goods were never sent.
I'm so, so disappointed. I used Leaf O'Clock once before and was blown away by the service and product quality, so I was really exited to order again. I'm very upset. Enjoy my fifty Euros, guys.... Thanks a bunch.

I paid extra for 4 day delivery to be told my local place was all one holiday 2 days after I place the order then 4 days later I get told its coming from Switzerland now and I have no way of knowing how long its gonna take cause it not bee updated at all since the 25th of August and everytime I've tried to contact you, I get no replies at all.
It used to be great and reliable but dpd likes to lose and take things from the package and now I can't even be sure to get my order and I've asked for a refund instead and I'm being ignored left right and center.

Worst customer service ever, I never received my order, the order was confirmed and my bank account debited, fourteen days later I’m still waiting for my order, I sent ten email to all they services and I never get a replied even by phone. Don’t order from them they are thief !!!

This is the second time using them and was sent wrong order sent them email no response sent another one still no response so 1 star

My last order is completely missing, and no one will answer my emails! One of my other orders was missing half of the order and when the replacement was sent it smelt off, and then no one would answer my emails so all in all I'm disgusted!
