I bought basic leadsfynder and upsell as well.

The product is so glitchy. Error screen appearing every other click.
1. Basic leads export failed. They fixed it.
2. They had in app installation of cleverly box but it doent get updated
3. When searched basic leads on Facebook for US, I got only 25 results. They said they will look into it and came back with no updates.

I got frustrated and asked for Refund on 23-Aug. Till now they are saying that they are reviewing it.

They kept begging to buy some other product as chargeback would impact their payment channel. Lame.

Now I am still waiting as they keep claiming, they are still reviewing.

Do not trust this company! My experience was horrible from start to finish. Firstly when you buy the software they send you through the most confusing upsell that is just designed to get more money out of you for services you will never need. The actual software itself looks like it was designed 20 years ago and never updated. The Linkedin influencer is useless and you need an Amazon cloud subscription to run the software which they don't mention on the sales page. They say it comes with a money back guarantee but trust me when I tell you it's like getting blood out of stone. It took me close to 20 emails to get it. How these kinds of companies are allowed to operate is beyond me.

They suck, nothing as they promised bought it have to integrate google maps API which doesn't work in all countries dead customer support, not recommended!

the software itself is the worst copy paste says I've seen and the customer support team has been refusing to give me a refund for a couple of weeks (even tho that is a promised guaratee)

Worst website, Not even a single functionality work properly.

It’s a spamming and scamming tools. Do not buy this tools.
