Toners are good quality, a great price, and arrived in a timely fashion.

I have used this company for more than 10 years for all my ink cartridges. I only had 2 times that I had a cartridge that was bad and they replaced it with no problems. I have a Canon Pixma so it has 5 cartridges in it and I like that I can order them separately as I need them. The order comes pretty fast.

I bought a set of LD 260x/261x ink cartridges because the company claims they are compatible with my TR7020a Canon printer. Right off the bat they didn't work but after removing, reinserting etc they finally began to work. After only a few weeks however, the printer stopped recognizing them rendering them useless. I bought genuine Canon cartridges and the printer is working perfectly. Since I only print a few pages weekly, the LD cartridges are virtually full.

In addition, I believe the company has removed my purchase receipts from my computer. I've done a thorough search and the order, shipping, and delivery receipts have disappeared.

Getting the cartridge to be "seen" by the printer and the network took a lot of effort. HP sees it as counterfeit. This is HP's marketing scheme to only buy their cartridges.

I especially enjoy the fact that ink cartridges are available separately. Most companies want to keep selling packs with all the colors; but if I do that I end up running out of one color and having a dozen of another on hand. Being able to order them individually is terrific!

Worst customer Service ever

I tried to buy it, they kept cancelling my order I was on with customer support for many hours. They have a problem where your shipping address can not be your billing address. I talked to support told Fabiola the problem and they just basically told me it is my problem to deal with. They would not help at all no matter what. Genuinely 5+ orders and hours of support. Do not waste your time I know it seems cheaper but honestly I probably spent 10+ hours of my life dealing with this. The federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour. It would have been worth to pay the extra 50$ to actually get the product.
