I am really disappointed to only receive an answer from them about not having my purchased samples available at their stock after a week. They took the payment and I was waiting for the delivery almost a week. I was eagerly waiting to receive the samples to make some critical decisions for my business which is why I paid for fast delivery. I hoped to make an order from them in bulk in the future, but this was really an unreliable service. I asked them to process the refund as soon as possible. And I received the refund immediately.
