I attended a 1 day course as I believe that first aid is an essential life skill that everyone should have.
The course was run by Lisa who is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. She fostered an atmosphere that immediately put all delegates at ease. She was very approachable and really listened to each question we had and gave comprehensive answers.
The practicals in particular were very enjoyable.
I'd recommend her course to anyone without hesitation.

I work in the construction industry and was able to bring scenarios that are relevant to my working practice which made it a very personable course. I attended a 'Basic Life Support' course with Lisa who was extremely knowledgeable. The course was delivered in an easy to understand format and Lisa was mindful of my learning style and adapted her teaching style.
