Terrible Customer Service
No facility to set up an account on their online web site, how negligent is that?
They accept an order and payment for Active-PK
The product never arrives
I query the issue and they say they will re-ship.
I hear nothing and again query the status of the order.
Eventually they respond saying the order has been refunded to a card, the last four digits of which are no card of mine
I query the refund, they advise the product is discontinued yet at the time it still showed on the website as available and in stock and I could have ordered again if I had wanted.
They answer no questions meaningfully but instead reply with prescripted rubbish which has no relevance to the problem being experienced.
Products may be OK, but little point for the effort involved in trying to get hold of them.
I am not based in USA, not that that should make the slightest difference
Massive room for improvement!!

I have been taking active stem since I was 24. I’m 37 now. I don’t know about anyone else’s experience but I can 100% full vouch for this product. I’ve tried serveral of there products over the years and never have been disappointed. Sign up for there email listing and they give great discounts. I’ve never paid full price for any of there products except the very first order. After that just wait till they send you discounts. Couple times a year and stock up. Sometimes they have active discounts on the sight it’s self. I love LCR myself.

BUYER BEWARE!
I repeatedly tried to take ACTIVE STEM; each time it tasted awful and upset my stomach. I tried for a week and it happened each day, then every other day, then repeatedly and unfortunately the 90 day period expired. When I called to try to return, get a partial or full refund I was told the 90 days had expired. I questioned even it upset me? The lady agent told me that "the 90 days was up" and I would not receive anything. I never had any great results and have since tried other collagen and do not have any negative reactions.

IF you purchase this product, be sure you TRY IT RIGHT AWAY and get it returned if you have any issues!!

I TAKE IT AT BREAKFAST AND TWO MORE AT LUNCH TIME AND I GET THE ENERGY I NEED UNTILL BEDTIME. I GO TO THE GYM 3 TIMES A WEEK AND CUT MY LAWN , AND DO GARDENING WITH NO HUFF AND PUFF .

It took about 4 days for me to notice a difference but WOW, what a difference. I had sleep issues, energy issues, some memory issues & these have ALL changed for the better. The only thing left for me to tackle is my weight issue. Now I have more energy for my day and I don't have to rest so much.

Honestly, I'm taking 3 things daily - Midogen, Active-PK & Telogenesis, so I can't say which one or is it all 3 that is contributing to my increased energy level, my clearer thinking and my sharper awareness. Whichever it is, it's working!

I have been using Active Stem for a few years now. Each glass is my "Fountain of Youth." There is a noticeable difference when I let my supply run out! In my work, I do a lot of standing and walking. Aching joints are no longer a problem when I have my Active Stem in the morning.

I know that I have more energy and And I'm not as tired and I seem to be more focused Which actually appreciate thank you

I have tested quite a few products to aid with weight loss and other health benefits. I am 70 years old and usually feel no effect and experience no benefit. However, I ordered 3 bottles of Active-PK and began taking the double dose as was allowed- 2 in the morning and 2 at night. In 2 weeks, I had lost 8 pounds and never felt hungry or deprived. One morning I took the 2 capsules with water and went outside to work scooping dirt into buckets and carrying it to my new large raised beds. I spent about 4 hours doing this, lasting into midafternoon. I had zero hunger and was strong and alert working hard. I had dinner later and felt great. My wife started on the 3rd bottle and said this morning that she only required one meal yesterday and felt great too. I am impressed with Active-PK.

Because this is a great product,it targets belly fat I have already lost 1”inch of belly fat as well as a boost in my physical energy level.Customer service interaction,with customers thru email is terrific thank you guys for your great humanitarian qualities from Floyd Alexander 😀

I’ve been using active stem for about 3 weeks… best thing so far no side effects… the pain in my hip seems to be getting better… I’m sleeping better and feeling rested and relieved to wake up pain free on some days not all days but more good than bad

Wearing my tight pants after 2 weeks, I am experincing a loosing at the waist. my diet has changed in that I eat slightly more,{ I am noticng that a dissapating lump of fat I've had is slowly going away.

I have only had these for a week. So it is difficult to tell how they are doing. I do find my willpower stronger when I take the tablets. Contact me In a months time to see how I am going.

This product helps with my daily elimination AND mood! I feel lighter! Also, I seem to notice when I’ve eaten “fatty” food that my body is moving it ( to be vague)
My clothes fit way better, but it’s my mood and emotional wellness that I love the most from this product!!

Something is different, not sure where credit goes. Trying for that very reason, sleep apnea, age, weight, back surgeries, low T; I have challenges. Can notice energy changes, would say training for a marathon. I am getting items off my list at a much better rate.

I like the product, it's working.

However the shipping time is ridiculously long, and living in L.A., I'm not far from the Chatsworth warehouse, that is where they ship from.

This happened on my first order from LCR Health, and it's happening now on my second order; I placed the order on a Saturday and FINALLY heard from them on that Tuesday with a sales order #.

The way LCR Health operates its business isn't to my liking, that is why I prefer to buy on Amazon. Problem is that Amazon has 0 inventory, so if I want this product that's seemingly working, then I'm forced into using LCR's website.

If I don't get my order within the next few days, I will look for an alternative and these guys will have lost me as a customer.
