Not good
After confirming my order was in stock, took day off work and drove 100 miles round trip to be told they only had half of what I needed.
Then it was another week until the rest was delivered.

Ordered a loft ladder from this company and unfortunately it turned up damaged, I sent an email with pictures on the evening and by 9am in the morning I’d received a reply and it was sorted out immediately, the following day a new one was delivered and the damaged one picked up, the customer service is 1st class, this is definitely a company you can buy from with 100% confidence, thank you for the great service and a great product for a good price
