I made a mistake when ordering (on line, on a Sunday) a roof window from LB Supplies. I emailed them the same evening to explain my stupidity. I wasn't really expecting such a quick response. Got a phone call the on the Monday and my order was rectified. Absolutely brilliant. Great service, there website is easy to navigate through, and very helpful. My window arrived on the Wednesday. What a service.

My order was dispatched very quickly
My order was dispatched very quickly. I only found one other company that advertised that they supplied the carport with a 3.5 projection,although the other company was a cheaper option the information on LB,s sight gave much more information about installation.The product was dispatched quickly and was delivered well protected with bubble wrap. The courier that LB used went over and beyond and even placed my order in my garage which saved me a lot of work I’m a pensioner and I was truly grateful.
Unfortunately I have to put the installation on hold due to my installer being unable to work due to illness.

A great product
A great product, I had a free sample box beforehand and the delivered product was a good match. A very helpful lady rang me after I placed the order just to confirm I wanted two different colours, trim and decking. Thoughtful in case I made a mistake.

Web site is very informative and easy to use. I ordered two samples to review mainly for colour match and products dimensions before ordering. Delivery cost expensive for the quantity I required but acceptable as I couldn't collect due to length of products.

The website is simple and intuitive which makes ordering easy. This is my second cladding order with LB supplies as I was so impressed with the first batch. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and put the cladding pieces in my garage where I asked. The only improvement I can suggest is to give a delivery time slot when the dispatch notification is sent out.
