six non-surgical facials
I booked a course of six non-surgical facelift facials at L’Beau Clinique after being advised in advance that my jawline and jowls were “very easy to correct” and that the recommended full-face course would give a “great correction” by restarting collagen and elastin production. Based on this advice, I paid £750 for the course.
Unfortunately, after completing all six sessions, I saw no visible or meaningful improvement in the areas discussed. The results were not what I reasonably expected from a treatment described and marketed as a non-surgical facelift.
I later requested my before-and-after photos (which I had not previously been given) and, having reviewed them carefully, I still do not see any clear lift, tightening, or correction to my jawline, jowls, or lower face. Any changes are extremely subtle and, in my view, could easily be attributed to lighting or skin hydration rather than a genuine treatment outcome.
While the practitioner feels there are subtle improvements, this was not aligned with how the treatment was initially described to me, particularly given that my concerns were said to be “very easy to correct.” I feel the expectations set at the outset were not matched by the end result, and for the cost involved, this was disappointing.
The clinic was polite in communication, but overall I feel misled by the way the treatment outcome was presented beforehand and that the results did not justify the price paid.
