We bought a top of the range lazy spa via Amazon but we are trying to get hold of Amazon or Lazy spa as to why we have wrong connection for the filter. Now 4 days with no reply. Lazy spa do not have contact number which Is very poor customer service. All we need to know is why we have wrong connection. Very disappointed as we had done our research and it looked they they had great customer service.
