I adore your products - they make me smile every time! In my last order, you all sent the wrong size. I called to inquire and you were so helpful. You sent the correct size immediately and said to keep the wrong size. I had a very happy neighbor as a result and she has since ordered items from LazybOne.

Love Lazy One!
My husband bought my first Lazy One PJ Dress @ the airport in Utah and I fell in love with the quality of their PJ's. It only gets softer with every wash. Loved them so much I ordered more for myself and some for family and friends!
I once had a problem with the order due to USPS delivering to the wrong address. I contacted both USPS and Lazy One. Lazy One let me know that they would open an investigation, which we will resolve by re-shipping/refunding/etc. Luckily, the neighbor brought the package back to us!
