Undelivered pack
I made an order on 26 june and i had to travel on 12th of july and i needed the gift before my travel date .
i emailed layl shop and i informed that i needed the gift before that date .
And then turns out that the delivery company is not delivering the item in the proper protocol. No one called me at all, i am supposed to receive a call in order to claim the pack since i live in a building and the delivery guy can’t open the main door of the building so i have to go down and claim it directly from him . But unfortunately it says on the tracking website that i wasn’t at home that’s not possible. Very unprofessional
