I loved shopping with Laybuy, but

I loved shopping with Laybuy, but just before Easter the App exclusives disappeared. Any attempt to contact them has been unsuccessful or just a standard reply with no real explanation regarding what’s happened or a resolution. A real shame as it was a lifeline for many

Laybuy is excellent!

Laybuy is easy to use and breaks the payments down into smaller amounts than Afterpay. The help I received from the lovely Holly when my order never came from Discount Beauty Boutique was fantastic, this order was placed back in Decemebr 2023, I was constantly getting excuses after excuses about where my order was and when I eventually asked for a refund there were excuses for that too. I reached out to Laybuy to see if they could help me and they processed a full refund and I am very grateful for the outcome I recieved.

Suspend account then fail to respond to request for help

I would not use this service again. I used it successfully, last year, but two weeks ago I tried to use it to make a purchase and would not let me. I contacted customer service, as prompted, no reply, as yet, so lost out on purchasing that item on the sale.

I don't know why retailers bother with them, I have been using Clearpay successfully for years, and on any minor glitches, their customer service team are prompt and efficient.

SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS

Received a demand for payment on behalf of Laybuy from a debt collection company CRS for a purchase I have not made.
1) I've never heard of Laybuy.
2) I've certainly never taken out a loan with Laybuy.
3) I've never had a Laybuy account.

Laybuy need to contact me to explain how they have obtained my information and how a purchase has been made when I do not hold an account with them.

Othwerise, I'm reporting Laybuy to the police.

I have never heard of this company

I have never heard of this company until today. I got a letter from a debt collection company saying owed over £300 to lay buy. But we’re willing to accept a lesser amount.
It all smells very suspicious to me.
I rang the debt company and they have closed the account. They advised me to contact laybuy.
This is where the fun starts I guess. Two emails now and no reply.
I won’t hold my breath. If I haven’t heard from them in 24 hours I’m going to report them to the police.

Can’t believe I booked with laybuy…

Can’t believe I booked with laybuy travel with TRAVLR that was advertised on Laybuy back in march 2024 for a hotel reservation for June 2024 . I was checking with hotel last night 22may 2024 to be told they was no booking make the gentleman checked all methods and nothing I’ve contacted Laybuy travel and Laybuy and I’m getting no response or confirmation email of my concern and complaint.i was told to make a new reservation with the hotel so I didn’t encounter an issue on my arrival as I’m disabled . I’m so glad I checked but to find out this was a concern … and they charged me £195.40 and haven’t refunded this either. Ive never encountered a problem with this Laybuy company to now the only contact number was an Australian number on this Laybuy travel page. If this doesn’t get resolved then I will have to inform the uk regulators of this site. So I’ve requested my refund and no one is acknowledging my complaint and issue that’s of no fault of my own or the hotel it’s Laybuy travel . Fully payment was made also no booking this is terrible service from a company no customer gets back to your messages either . No acknowledgement from them also.

Good Customer service
